Our garage door was not closing correctly so we called Precision Door to address. Mohammad came out to look over the issues. He was very polite and explained all the issues with the mechanical systems and how replacing the parts would make the door operate smoothly. Once the work was completed the door slides easily and is very quiet while operating.

I chose Precision today because they had installed all new parts in 2021. The technician explained what was needed to fix the problem today and recommended changing other parts that were showing wear!
