Precision Overhead Door was great. Within 24 hours of calling due to a non-functioning garage door opener keypad, everything was fixed. A technician came out that day and gave me a few options. After making a decision, I called Precision Overhead Door and they were able to send me the same technician, Trevor, who provided me with the options, to fix the issue. All within 24 hours. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with Precision Overhead Door, especially if Trevor is your technician.

They were timely and came out when they said they would. I ended up going with another company bc Precision was way overpriced. I saved almost $2000 going elsewhere. Do your due diligence and get other estimates. It will save you money by looking at other places.

The man that came out was very professional and very informative as to what the problem was. He installed a new motor and helped to program my old garage door opener as well as gave me the new one. I had used Precision Door Service in the past and was confident in their reliability and quality of work. I was able to schedule a service call for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. I had requested an early afternoon call rather than late afternoon and they were very accommodating. After explaining my problem to the technician, he (Jake) presented me with some options to resolve it. I ended up replacing the garage door opener with a new unit (even though I didn’t have to) since the current one was about 12 years old. I am completely happy with the new unit. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Kudos to Precision Garage Door of Columbus salesperson Sarah Crowe, who is very knowledgeable, practical and honest and also our installer Jordan Dameron, who is a highly skilled and super-efficient garage door wizard. Both are very pleasant to work with. Our challenging project involved an oversized, wooden, attached garage door constructed in 1968. Planning and working together, the two produced a perfect result for us at a very reasonable price. We met with Sarah on July 23 and were very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. We ordered the doors that day and were promised delivery within 4 to 8 weeks. Today, August 18, Dmitri installed our new doors (a little less than 4 weeks after ordering) and did a wonderful job. Dave was very nice, courteous and patient with me. He fixed my problem in a timely manner. Would I call precision again, probably not, because I was shocked by the initial estimate of over $2000.00! I definately should have shopped around! As a retiree on limited income I only needed the springs/cable replaced and told him I had a set amount I can afford. No Senior discount was offered either.
