I was impressed with the courteous and professional process from the beginning. Jonathon was very personable and knowledgeable. Jonathon evaluated all areas of the door and made recommendations we might want to consider while he was there. No high pressure sales, all decisions left up to me. I am very happy with the work that was done. The door should be good to go for years with me lubricating it once a year.

I had such a great experience with Kayne. When things happen toward the end of the day, it is nice to know that Precision will still make it out to the house to fix it! Dustin did a great job replacing the double door spring and also put up a new key pad. He answered all of my questions and gave information on what to know about openers and keypads. Well done! Same day appointment. Tech (Gary) was actually early, but offered to come on scheduled time, if needed. Super friendly. Everything was explained and options provided. No pressure to go with a particular option. Work performed same day. Excellent experience. Will use Precision Door again! Thanks for a great experience.

They came within 5 hours of my call this morning! The guys couldn’t have been any more courteous and knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate, they had suggestions to improve the life of my door system and I didn’t feel any pressure! I would highly recommend Precision Door!

We have used Precision Garage Door twice in the last year. We are totally satisfied with the company and would recommend it to everyone. Technicians are professional and very friendly and courteous. They met our expectations each time. We have always had a very quick response. This time it was the Christmas holiday and they came on Christmas Eve.

A spring broke very late on a Friday night. We called Saturday morning for a repair and it was scheduled for later that same day. It was wonderful to be able to have service on a Saturday with no extra fee. We had used Precision before and had parts under warranty. Precision honored the warranty and we merely had to pay the service call fee. David S was able to arrive early and was quick with the repair. He was personable, professional and just super awesome. Would recommend David S. and Precision.

Repairman was Pat. He was on time and quickly figured out that a sprocket had broken. He replaced it along with putting 2 new light bulbs in the overhead. He was very friendly, answered my questions, and left no mess!

I identified broken spring on garage door, could't get my car out. called Precision and had a response. Repairment came and replaced along w/ other spring. Bottom line: he was here for 10 minutes. fixed it and charged me $589.00 w/ senior discount. I think we were taken advantage of and been had by the serviceman. I don't think this was fair ! By copy of this letter to BBB, they will be advised of this ripoff and will also be posted on social media. Springs are available for $ 100/a pair. This is what i would call a daylight robbery.

A huge two thumbs up! David Crowe called to tell us he was on his way. He assessed the problem. Actually there was no problem. We thought one of the springs had moved along the rod. He explained that the two springs on either side of the rod were different lengths and that this was by design. For each question we had, David provided a clear answer. We know little about garage doors and he could have sold us something and we would have been none the wiser. I can't say enough good things about Precision and will highly recommend this company to others. Btw, David is definitely a keeper! What a nice guy!

I selected Precision for my mother because we had a coupon for a free service call. I am outraged that she was charged a $20.00 transportation fee. She got a 3 door garage opener when she only has one garage. Simply makes no sense to replace her opener at that expense. The tech said the second opener had the batteries in a bit crooked. It still doesn't work. I will be ordering a second remote from Amazon, exactly the same as your company provided for $32.99. I feel like you took advantage of an 88 year old big time.

My experience was great! I went on the website and did a chat to ask some questions, got scheduled for an estimate the next day and had the work done that same day. I figured I would schedule the work for weeks out. Joe was my technician and he was very straight forward with me and answered all my questions and did not pressure me to do the work!
