Patrick came out and looked at our garage door. He was very thorough and professional. He answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood everything. We were very pleased with our interactions with Precision Door from start to finish. We contacted them because we needed to repair or replace our garage door. They scheduled a rep to come out and evaluate our door on the same day. Sarah arrived promptly at the time indicated and assessed the condition of the door. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave us a few options and was not pushy. We were able to schedule the installation of the new door in a few days. Lake was scheduled to replace the door and he too arrived at the specified time. He worked steadily and installed the new door in the time he had indicated. He had to follow up with another visit to install the correct trim. Once again he arrived at the specified time. We were very impressed with the company's service. An e-mail confirming the staff member who would be coming to do the work preceded each visit. The e-mail included pictures and names of the staff members. A phone call preceded each visit with an approximate time of arrival. We would highly recommend Precision Door for quality of product, customer service and professional staff members.

Tim Jr. Was prompt, personable and friendly. He explained my options and answered my questions thoroughly. On-site 1 hour. The online booking process was very convenient since the failure happened late at night Second time Precision replaced a broken spring. Last time was 19 years ago. Comparative price was reasonable. Highly recommend them for service and repairs.

It was a weekend when the garage door spring broke. I called about noon, an appointment was scheduled for 2 pm to 6 pm. Patrick arrived about 4 pm after having called me when he was about 10 minutes away. He worked quickly and efficiently.

Called for estimate for new garage doors and openers.Received immediate response and had Alana in my driveway within 2 hours. She was very polite and extremely professional and listened intently to our needs. She was able to explain the proposals in detail and gave us multiple options to consider. We were extremely satisfied with our decision to purchase new garage doors and was promised install within a few days. Doors were purchased on Tuesday and install scheduled for the following Tuesday. I do not foresee any issues and if install technician is as professional as Alana we will be ecstatic! ????

I had used Precision Garage Door of Columbus at a previous house, so when our opener failed where we live now, they were our first call. Jason Daring arrived right on time, made a prompt assessment of the situation and provided me with several options for repair. Jason performed the repairs timely, with no mess, and explained all aspects of new equipment, all within the quoted amount. Jason is knowledgeable; more importantly he is very friendly and easy to work with.

We had several issues going on with our garage door. Precision was able to get our problems resolved the same day that we called. Matt Eberly was their tech that came to our home and he provided us with explanations we could easily understand on what the various problems were and options we had to correct. Matt was professional and committed to doing a good job for us. He was even able to use our previous Genie remotes and set them up to also work with the new unit which helps our family with 3 drivers so everyone has access to open both garage doors. We had a good experience with Precision and will call them again if another issue comes up with our garage doors.

The entire experience was very good, very professional. They answered my call quickly, took my information, scheduled the work for two hours later. Dmitri was very pleasant and efficient. He analyzed the multiple issues with our 20 year old system and went over the options to fix. When he was done, he took care to see that we understood our new system and were satisfied with its operation. Five stars to Precision and Dmitri.
