We have used only Precision Garage Door for all our garage door repairs. We've used them for at least 3-4 times in the last few years. Their technicians are the very best. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They have always fixed our problems and they certainly know what they are doing. I feel their pricing is very fair and well worth it. They come almost immediately to fix our problems. We will use no one else but them. We have used them for spring replacement and also many repairs concerning the garage door and opener.

I I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Tony appeared irritated whenever I asked questions, which made the experience uncomfortable. He attempted to sell additional items that I did not need and stated that your company provides higher-quality products. However, the product he used was not the higher quality he described. Although he said he was not charging me for the product itself, I was charged $200 for labor for what appeared to be approximately ten minutes of work to install a small bracket. I believe this charge was unreasonable given the scope of the work. Due to this experience, I will not recommend your service to my friends or family.

We were able to easily book online and got an immediate response with a window of 2 to 6 p.m. To my surprise, Brad arrived before 2. He was very courteous and thorough. I cannot speak to the pricing because we needed the job done right away so there was no time for other estimates. He did detail every cost, though, so we knew what we were paying for. The total bill was the same as the estimate and we were happy to get a seven year warranty. He finished the job in about an hour and the door now works seamlessly and without noise.

Appointment was easy to scheduled. Technician arrived on time. After looking at our garage door and evaluating problem. He explained the materials needed for the repair he then gave us the estimate. It was very reasonable. He performed the repair explaining the process. After completed he asked how we would prefer to receive our receipt. He explained the information detailed and the coverage. He gave us his card and said if we had any question after his departure to feel free to give him a call. He was a true professional. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. The set the bar high for expertice and customer service.

I will always be a Precision Garage Door customer. I had a problem with my garage door jumping off track in 2025. I called and the Tech showed up in 25 minutes. The tracking issue was resolved in 20 minutes. I had a garage door that would not open last night, this morning and early afternoon. A big snow storm is a day away. Tom came out and resolved the issue in about 25 minutes. We were very appreciative and thankful!!!

The installer (Derek) was very clear about my options to repair or replace the items which were making all the noise when the garage door was going up and down. I am very happy about my my decisions to correct the problems for the long term and not just a bandaid! I had a company come out to fix my broken spring on the weekend. Unfortunately they just put in a spring. A month later my door was not tracking right. Called Precision and Cameron came out. He showed me how my rollers, cables and bearings were showing a lot of wear. He showed me the cost and how to maximize the life of my door. 2 hours later my door was looking and running like new. Very expensive and absolutely thieves. Big time over charged me, when I called they said the door remote was 60 dollars but they charged me 180 per remote, pulse 250 for outside keypad. I absolutely don’t recommend this company to anyone. STAY AWAY

This company did an excellent job two and a half years ago installing our new quiet door lift, and when we had some problems recently, they responded immediately. This is my second experience with Precision Garage Door and both were excellent. They are timely, professional, experienced, honest, and efficient. Matt (the best) replaced a broken spring on one door and did repairs and maintenance on the others. They do business like it should be done. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to precision by a friend who has used their services in the past. I got on the Internet and made an appointment at 1:30 on the same day. They had a window from 2 to 6 and Kourtney was at my house by 220 and my new garage door was installed by 4:30 on the same day! Amazing service, helpful, friendly, and honest.
