Lynne Barone. Precision installed a new garage door opener and miscellaneous parts for the door in November. This past weekend the garage door was not closing --it would stop part way and then go back up. I called precision this morning at 8:00. The person on the phone was very pleasant and scheduled someone for today. The problem is now fixed. the technician was very friendly, thoroughly explained the problem and corrected it. No charge because of the warranty. This company lives up to their advertising and has earned its reputation.

Derek came to the house to reprogram our outside remote. We have a lot of trouble with it. He ended up installing a new one. I believe it should work better. I also asked that he refresh me with how to fix the outside opener if it loses its signal again. Did so with no hesitation. While doing the work he also noticed 2 items that needed attention and took care of them while he was here. Such a kind person and always giving suggestions to help. Also made a recommendation for a future fix .
