In the past 8 years, we've called Precision to come out to fix a broken spring and a few years later for a tune up. Both times Precision was timely, professional and nice to talk to. Both reps were competent and thoughtful.

We called to have a broken spring replaced. The tech arrived on time. He took quite awhile before quoting a price. It was because he was preparing a proposal for replacing everything with a complete new opener, Wi Fi enabled etc. to the tune of almost $4,000. We felt the company had more of an interest in selling a lot of additional items, rather than repairing the spring that was broken. In addition, we felt it was way overpriced. In hindsight, I wish we would have thanked them for their information and then called someone else to fix it.

Precision Garage Door Service has been our go-to company for any garage door issue we’ve ever had over the past twenty years or so. Most recently, in a three year old house we purchased nine months ago, we called in Precision to evaluate a door that was obviously underpowered and not working well. Precision’s technician, Jonnie Swartz, thoroughly evaluated the situation and plainly explained each of the issues he diagnosed and the corrective measures that could be taken along with the cost of each one. Jonnie was great to deal with and, after our discussion, he efficiently and effectively corrected every problem. We now have a garage door that works like new !
