Our garage door cable snapped and our opener was well past it's prime, so I called Precision Door for replacements. Our technician, En, did a great job of explaining the options we had and was friendly and knowledgeable. En did an excellent job with the install and was pretty quick considering the work involved our beast of a garage door. This was the second time I've used Precision Door's services and I will gladly call them again in the (hopefully distant) future!

I called precision doors to look at replacing broken spring. Came out very professional then came the quote for repairs. In my opinion it was a quote that was ridiculously priced. I was told I needed new everything. I was told I needed dual springs instead of single new bearings new cables new rollers. Well I called Apex garage door they came out replaced single spring cables were fine bearings were good they recommended replacing rollers but not an immediate need. Precision wanted 1100.00 for repairs Apex charged me 405.00 huge difference I should have called them from the start. They were way more honest in my opinion.

Same day service, was better than expected! Convenient after work hours appointment was unexpected but very appreciated. Michael, the service technician was very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. He replaced broken springs on our main garage door and replaced deteriorating spring on our second door. Also replaced all rollers and lubricated hinges. Took about 2 hours in all. Everything works better than ever!

I have used Precision door service three times now. Excellent service and professionalism each and every time! Replaced spring 14 months ago. This month door opener failed so Jim T. Jr. replaced opener, bearings, drum, rollers and balanced to help alleviate stress on new parts. Plus he replaced a NEW heavy duty spring, that was installed last time, this time for FREE due to a warrantied part. Will Recommend to everyone! Thanks and keep up the good work ethic.

Incredible service. From online chat Saturday evening to completion of repair by noon on Sunday w/o weekend premium rates was nothing short of amazing. David C was professional and personable while also incredibly efficient. Replaced the broken extension spring type to a torsion spring type in just a few hours. They came out the day after I called (my request, they offered to have someone come out in the evening on the Sunday I called) Michael, the technician, was very nice and professional. Great experience. Called and talked to Chelsea, very nice lady, got me in same day. Kayne arrived an hour later, wore a mask the whole time, very friendly,did an inspection and gave me a number of options . He replaced everything but the door in an hour. I wouldn't use anybody else for garage door issues.

Tech---Tim, Jr. Saturday service call. Spring broke. Punctual and Professional. We had called two previous companies and left voicemails on their "urgent" voicemail. Precision Garage had a live human being operator to help us and give us same day service. Very thorough at looking at all components of our system.

We were leaving to pick our mother up from the hospital on Thanksgiving eve and our garage door would not open ( broken springs/track etc). We contacted Precision and it was an EXCEPETIONAL experience. The lady on the phone was friendly, and helpful- within 30 minutes Kayne arrived and spent 4.5 hours repairing our door and all broken equipment. He was informative, efficient and friendly- To have this experience on Thanksgiving eve coupled with our mother in the hospital was stressful- but thanks to Kayne and the rest of the team it turned into a positive outcome.
