It was Sunday afternnon and my family and I were ready to head out for dinner. Our garage door spring was inop. I called Percision at 6:30 and received a confirmation for emergency service between 9-11 Pm. Gary arrives at about 7:20 and was very courteous and quick at diagnosing the problem and giving me an estimate for the repair. We agreed on price and he go to work. In just over an hour he was completely finished and the door was working perfectly!! Thanks Garya and thanks Percision! I'm one completely satisfied customer.

Was visiting my sons new home when his door opener broke. I had no idea who to call as we are from out of town. By luck I chose you from the yellow page ad. The girl who answered the phone was very polite and helpful and got me scheduled the next day. Technician--Eric-was right on time and explained what needs to be done. Door mechanism first needed fixed then I opted to get 2 new openers installed. All work was explained and done in a very timely and professional manner. My son will be needing 2 new garage doors in a few years and we will certainly give you a call first. Many Thanks. You do not mind paying when the job is done timely and correctly.

We had a garage door problem on Sat. evening.....We needed to get the car out. Who do you call on the weekend??? My neighbor suggested Precision. I went on line and looked--24 hour service at no extra charge! The technician came out Sunday morning on time. Gave us a diagnosis and suggest an overhaul for less. He was great, finished earlier than expected, and gave us very good tips. The service was not cheap----but very good.
