Matt, my technician, was professional, provided my multiple options based on his assessment, and completed the work quickly once I made a decision of which option I wanted. I needed my garage door springs replaced. The technician, Dustin did a great job. He answered all of my questions and was done in one hour. My door is working so much better now than ever before. I had the best experience with Precision. My garage door broke and I noticed down the street was a Precision truck. I walked down and asked if they could take a look at it when they were finished. The guys came by and checked it out. They told me what was broken and that they only did installs but to call their company and someone would fix it right. I called and had an appointment the next morning. Gary came out to do our repair and was the best. He examined the garage door thoroughly. He explained everything that needed addressed. He gave me the priority list of what needed fixed now and what needed watched. He then priced it all out while explaining the differences. We chose a plan and he went to work fixing the door. I checked on him a little later and he told me that there had been an error loading his truck. But since that wasn't my fault he gave me a better part for the same price he quoted me. I was shocked. No many companies would have done that. We had a different garage door company sticker above our keypad. You know the ones when you need a number quick you call them. Well before he left I said Gary can you please put a Precision sticker up there so that I can ALWAYS call you guys. This was. a great experience.

Same day AMAZING service! Tim came out the SAME DAY that we called and replaced the entire existing garage door opening system THAT DAY. Since we wanted the WiFi enabled system and the second door needed a total installation, Tim was back as promised SUNDAY morning and finished the job right and the first time. Fantastic service which is becoming a lost art these days. Thank you, Precision Garage Door!

Tim, the service person, was good. However, despite talking to scheduling person and describing the need for new batteries, and despite an email to them describing the need for battery replacement, the service person arrived without batteries and told me batteries were backordered. Admin to service person to customer communications were POOR!

Hi Mr. Rapp, Tried to send an e-mail to you and it was sent back. We had the garage door put in on Tuesday. Sounded great when the tech left, but yesterday and today, the door is not as quite. So, I called the office,614-768-6353. She is sending our tech back on Monday. So, I hope things are resolved then. The only other thing is, some time down the line, I may reach out and see if if I can get the Thames window inserts. But all in all, very kind and hard working people you have working for you. I had 2 broken springs on my overhead garage door and didn't realize it until I couldn't use the garage door opener and couldn't lift it manually. I called another company that we used in the past and they told me on Friday that they couldn't come out till the following Monday. My car was in the garage and I couldn't get it out. I told them "no thanks." I asked my neighbor for a reference and he told me Precision. They came out the same day. They called ahead to let me know when they would be at my house. My technician (Dustin) was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He assessed the problem(s) and gave me more than one estimate depending on how much work I wanted to do. I ended up replacing 2 springs, cabling, ball bearings, bearing plates and all ten rollers. Luckily my overhead door opener was still in good shape and didn't need replacing. My garage door not only works so much better, it's quieter too. I really appreciate the great service I received from Precision and would definitely recommend the company to others.

Called Precision because our opener belt broke over the weekend and they promptly answered the phone and scheduled Tom Palmer to be at our home around 2pm. Tom arrived on time and noticed one of our springs had also broken. He took the time to explain our repair options, and even helped me look for a clip from the belt, that if we found it, would save us money on our repair. Unfortunately we couldn't find it. Tom was friendly, thorough, and completed the repair quickly. Happy with the service we received from Tom and Precision Door Service!!

We had issues with a Liftmaster opener we had you install 8 years ago. It appeared that the issue was the mother board. Alex Eliopoulos explained our options giving us multiple choices. He was very helpful and there was no pressure for us to decide either way. We ended up getting a new Liftmaster installed and he also corrected another issue for us. Alex was very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure having him out to our home. You should be very proud to have him as a customer facing member of your organization. Thank you Alex!
