Gregg was excellent! He explained problems in an understandable fashion. His work ethic was exemplary. I chose Precision because of the ad in the yellow pages of at&t telephone book for Columbus Northeast. I did notice the $15 off, for which I assume was part of my invoice. Service technician showed up on time, gave us options for repairing and/or replacing our garage door. We decided to go with a new door. He was courteous and very professional. The door looks great and is so much quieter than our previous door. With the added insulation I'm sure it will also keep the garage warmer.

Pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Eric. Eric pointed out areas of concern and adjusted garage door opener. Eric also explained the different type of metal doors to choose from when we can afford a replacement, as well as, pointing out that our rollers are good and do not need to be replaced. Hope Eric's available when we're ready to replace our garage door.

Tim came to our rescue on the coldest day of the year after a garage spring break. Four hours later he had replaced our previous opner with a new belt drive, repaired the springs, replaced the keyless entry system and the in-garage control and programned three remotes! He worked for four hours. Tim was courteous,professional and efficient. He is an outstanding asset to your company!

good installation, prompt service, showed up on time. I was curious about the My Q, seemed like Gary didn't want to go over this with me. He did take time to look at my home link. Also, I would have appreciated a summary of the costs before the work was done. I was requoted what was told to me over the phone. Seems like a strange way to sell a product and/or service.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision. Our garage door spring broke the day after Christmas, and I was able to contact Precision and make an appointment for the next day. John, the service technician, arrived within 15 minutes of the start of the appointment window (they provided a two hour window), reviewed the situation (he seemed very knowledgeable), replaced the springs and serviced the door. All within about half an hour of arrival. And the price was quite reasonable for the products and service provided. I will continue to use Precision for all future garage door needs, and would highly recommend them to others.

We searched the internet and picked your company for two reasons: 1) Same day repair 2) The excellent reviews from customers. The customers were right. I loved that on your confirmation email that you provided a picture of the service technician's and who were be coming to do the repair. Don't think i have ever seen that done before. We called the company at 3:00 PM two days before Christmas and they were able to scheduled us for that very evening. The emergency repair charge was actually cheaper than others. Gary was actually 1/2 hr earlier than scheduled. Very pleasant individual and knew his stuff. The garage doors had come off the tracks. He corrected the issue quickly and explained what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. I was able to go to bed that night not having to worry about the garage door being open all night and into the next day.

The first big snow storm and my garage door breaks. I called the company and they sent a technician out, through the snow and serviced my door. A flag got wrapped around the side wheels pulling the cable off track, resulting in the door coming off the roller. John was able the realign the track, rewrap the coils and get the door properly aligned and working. Very satisfied with the work done. I Appreciate the promptness that this emergency was seen to. Having a garage door that does not close was not an option. Thank you, Debbie

I had a great experience with precision door. Gregg worked around my schedule and got the job done quick! Way better than buckeye door, who didn't even show up for their appointment. Prices were better through precision also!
