Tim immediately found the problem causing my remote openers to work intermittently and fixed it right away. He checked the remotes at several distances before he left. I could tell by his behavior that he knew what he was doing.

Our garage door was popping up when we tried to close it. We expected the opener would need to be replaced. First he checked the existing cables, tracks, sensors, etc. He adjusted a sagging cable and the opening height. He found the track was shimmying and suggested adding a stabilizing bracket. The adjustments and new bracket fixed the problem for little more than the cost of a service call. When we actually do need a replacement, we will call Precision again.

Excellent service by Precision staff and technician (Derrick). This is the second time I have worked with Precision (two different homes). Service was excellent, professional, courteous and efficient. Repair was completed within 2 hours of my initial call. Called Precision at 7:40 p,m. on Sunday April 16, 2017 (Easter Sunday). Tech was at my house at 8:15 p.m. and had replaced the springs and was done by 9:15p.m. Alex was courteous, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. 5 stars.

Scheduled 2 to 4. Later, received a phone call moving appointment to 6-8. No one showed. Called after 8 to find out the system had me scheduled for the next morning which was never an option. With no options, rescheduled for the evening of the following day forcing me to miss a previously scheduled dinner meeting. Tech that finally arrived did a good job.

Great, Prompt Service - A couple of minor track adjustments needed after a new door install from about 30 days ago. Derrick was courteous, professional, and punctual. Once again PD provides amazing service. Called at 10 PM last night, door fixed by 10 AM the next day. One broken spring, both replaced under warranty. Jason knows his stuff. All this and no price gouging either. PD is the only place for garage door work.
