I was so glad they had 24/7 service as our spring broke on a Saturday with our car in the garage. Tim was right on time for the appointment and was finished in an hour. He was very nice and polite and took the time to explain everything..

Tim did a great job. Most important you had same day service for me. Great that you could get it taken care of. The door would not stay closed. Printed out a $15 dollar coupon that I forgot to use; but thats OK because of the good service, you deserve it. We called Precision because we had them before and they did a fine job. This time they responded on emergency basis, at 8pm, were very friendly, assessed the problem, resolved it, and left within 30 min. The technician was John Manning, very capable, explained everything, and offered some tips for long term. This is the type of experience you want for these problems. Will definitely call them again if we have any problems.

I had another local company repair my broken garage door springs since 2008 in a new build. Since that time I have had four broken springs which I thought was unusual. After researching and talking to neighbors this didn't sound normal so I decided to have another company look at my problem. I found Precision Door from an internet search and read about the 25 point inspection and same day service. I called and they came out within 3 hours. Eric took the time to explain to me why the springs kept breaking and also noticed some of the hinges were cracked and one completely broke. Not to mention some bearings were wearing out. At no time did the other company mention nor looked at these other main components, they replaced the spring and left. I feel confident now that this garage door is fixed right this time and even have a 3 year warranty on parts. I would definitely recommend Precision Door if you want it done right the first time with qualified technicians.

Service technician showed up on time, gave us options for repairing and/or replacing our garage door. We decided to go with a new door. He was courteous and very professional. Pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Eric. Eric pointed out areas of concern and adjusted garage door opener. Eric also explained the different type of metal doors to choose from when we can afford a replacement, as well as, pointing out that our rollers are good and do not need to be replaced. Three hours after the spring broke, it's fixed. I called right away, you send John right away, and it's as good as new. He found some other issues with the door and recommended a few pieces be replaced, but he explained why. He also told me about a few other things, but he was honest and said he didn't think those items needed replaced. Cost was a little pricier than I expected, but for such speedy and great service, I don't mind paying a little extra.
