Great service! We needed a new opener and other equipment as we had issues with our 20 year old unit. From the time I called until the time the job was finished took a total of 4 hours! That may be unusual, but I was very impressed how Precision jumped at the need and finished the job. It was fast but more importantly the job was completed perfectly. Have to give a "hats off" to this company. We were traveling to FL when we got a call from our daughter that the garage door was broken. It was 11:00pm at night and when I called someone actually answered the phone. They were out the next day at noon to fix the broken spring. Great job and great job on true customer service!

In November 2020, Precision came to my home for a service call on my newly-purchased, flipped house. They discovered that the overhead garage door was not installed correctly and completely went through the entire overhead garage to ensure proper functionality and safety. I was very happy with the work then and it is the reason why I call in Aug 2021 since the door was not working as expected. Derek was here within a few hours (on a Sunday!), and after a few adjustments and the door was working perfectly. Derek was professional and explained the issue in detail. I highly recommend this company!

Precision was great. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to get a same day appointment to have our garage door fixed, but I had someone at our house in a matter of hours. Our technician, Walker, was great at assessing what was wrong and gave us several options to have things fixed. And the best part, even with a total overhaul of our system, the work was completed within hours! Our garage looked like no one had been working in it and Walker was so nice and polite. LOVED our service.

After 19 years, our garage door opener failed. We also had a broken spring, which is what prompted me to call Precision at around 3 pm today. Dustin arrived by 6 pm, and worked while we ate dinner and left us with a new system that was probably long overdue. He was personable, well versed in his field, and helpful in every way. I could not recommend Dustin and Precision more confidently. I’ve used new start ups in the past, never again. Great job, Precision !

Dmitri showed up on time to assess our garage door which is nearly 30 years old and has never had major repairs. It needed several new parts-bearings, springs, rollers. He provided us both long and short term options in a clear and concise manner. Dmitri completed the repairs in about a one hour time frame, which is how long he stated it would take. I drove into the driveway at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday (May 25), after work, to find that the garage door on my side of the garage would not open. Luckily, the other door opened. Problem - broken torsion spring on the 25-year-old door. I called the company that had installed new motors on the doors several years ago. They were scheduling service in late June. No thanks. So, I called Precision (based on comments on line), and the friendly person I spoke with scheduled a service call that same day. Residential technician Gary Lemaster arrived early, assessed the entire system and hardware on both doors. Based on his knowledge and competence, I decided to have him perform a comprehensive replacement of all components on both doors. He did so in short order and very professionally. I would recommend Precision to anyone seeking service.
