The spring on my door broke and could not get my car out. Called Precision at about 3:15pm. The technicians arrived at my house by 4:00pm. Lake and Mike diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything fixed in about an hour. They were knowledgeable, explained everything, and were very friendly. I would recommend Precision to everyone. Great customer service and they went the extra mile.

After looking online to find a reputable garage door company with excellent recommendations, great service, and superior products, I found Precision on NextDoor Sunbury. Everything about the process of replacing my garage door and new motor/opener was done so easily and professionally by Precision, from my first appointment with Alana, to the actual installation today by Kenny. My new garage door is absolutely beautiful and the color Alana recommended is a perfect match for my house. Kenny did such an amazing job installing my new steel insulated garage door, tracks, and motor today and making sure I understood operation, warranty, etc. I’m so very pleased with my choice of Precision and recommend them highly. Lake was amazing from start to finish. He was punctual and polite. Poor guy got rained on, like terrential down pour but he kept doing the job. Gave us multiple options after checking everything. Worked quickly. Did an amazing job. Cost was a bit higher than other places but worth it for the great service.

I called yesterday morning 5/4/22 and before noon Jonathon S the tech come he explained my option and cost for repair or replacement of garage door. I decided on a new door Jonathon made all the arrangement. Aaron Foster the installer came around 4 pm with the new door and around one hour I had a new garage door the same day. Jonathon And Aaron were super nice and were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision Door for all your repairs. Thank You, Bob P. decided to replace the door

We were very pleased with the quick response after calling for service. Turned out there was a cancelation and Dmitri was able to get to our house about an hour after we made contact. Our issue was that the garage door was not closing consistently. It would just stop after a few feet then go back up unless we held down on the pad the entire time. Dmitri replaced the sensors and made a couple of other modifications as he felt the door was not acting right. This was all done at no cost as we had extensive work done on our door last year. Precision is the BEST service company I have ever seen. Dmitri is also first rate and goes above and beyond. I would confidently recommend Precision Door Service to anyone!

Fantastic experience. Precision delivered as promised in every way. Our break down occurred at 5:00 PM on a Sunday. I called Precision, was connected to a live person. A technician came on Sunday night and repaired the problem. Icing on the cake was our technician, Derek Mason. Derek was a great ambassador for the brand. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. He explained the process, provided options, and efficiently solved the problem. First class in every way.

Called Precision based on their great looking as well as informative website. We had a spring break on our double door, so we needed help fast. Precision was able to come within 4 hours of calling them. Technician was David S.; very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He offered up great solutions to some of my door challenges. When he was finished, our door worked better than it has for 15 years. Highly recommended!

I called for a simple adjustment to the belt on my garage door opener. It worked fine but in the mindset of preventative maintenance I called Precision to come take a look at it. It turned into trying to sell me a 700.00 service or a 1000.00 service. I think it is preposterous that they charge 209.95 to tighten the belt, tighten a few screws and spray some lubricant. I will definitely check out competition before I call this company again. The only positive thing about the visit was the technician Tom he was very polite.

As we're reminded daily of the challenges surrounding the shortage of qualified/competent employees along with preferred supply materials for the associated industry - I was first impressed by the planning and schedule customer service coordinator with Precision Door Service. Followed up by the arrival of Dustin, the installation technician who was attentive to our needs, confident in his assessment of the existing garage door equipment at our home - and knowledgeable in translating the solution and the associated time and cost with our project. We could not have been more impressed by the professionalism presented by the entire Precision team. Interesting side note - when I asked Dustin about Precision Door Service's care and support for their employees, he responded immediately about the value placed on each employee, the fair compensation for his good work and the overall positive culture that persists today at Precision.

She called in advance, was prompt, accommodating to some other extra chaos that was going on at my house at the time, answered questions and provided a detailed account of what to expect for a full garage door replacement.
