Great service from start to finish. Called one afternoon for assistance with an apparent broken garage door spring. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The Technician (Dave) called approximately 15 minutes before arrival to advise he was on his way. He then arrived promptly, was very courteous with great insight and expertise. He presented me with options then completed repairs/maintenance efficiently. Very pleasant experience and Dave is asset to your organization.

My experience with Precision Door Service has been exceptional. I called them because my "recommended" service company could not come out to fix my garage door for 5 days. Precision took my call immediately, was very polite, and had my service scheduled within hours. Tim arrived early and diagnosed my problem immediately. His truck was stocked and he got to work right away. The repair was quick, thorough, and the garage was clean when he was finished. Job well done!

Arrived promptly, figured out that our door opener unit was struggling because the existing garage door springs (that were previously replaced by another vendor) weren't balanced or sized properly. Setting up the appointment was easy. No long wait on the phone and very nice lady the rep who was able to accommodate us with the schedule. Alex was the tech who worked on our garage doors. I had an emergency when the garage door would not open and I couldn't get my car out of the garage to go to work. My insurance company recommended Precision Door Service and stated they have very good ratings. I called Precision and they came to my home that afternoon and fixed a broken metal spring above the door that was 5 inches in diameter and 2 ft in length. The technician named Tom was great to work with. In approximately 1 hour he replaced the broken metal spring with a newer and better spring that has a 3 year warranty and 50,000 uses, meaning the new garage door spring is guaranteed to open and close the door up to 50,000 times. The garage door opens and closes smoothly and is very quiet while in operation. Precision Door Service even honored a $15 dollar coupon that my home insurance company emailed to me to print prior to their arrival. Precision is dependable, has an excellent product at a reason price, the service fee is reasonable, the technician (Tom) was professional courteous and fast! He checked all the mechanics of the other springs and hinges before leaving to insure they were no other metal parts that were no other metal parts that needed repair before he left. Called Precision Door at 4:45PM requesting service for a broken spring. The service technician called the house at 5:00PM saying he would be at the house in 15 minutes. He arrived at exactly 5:15PM. The spring was replaced and he was headed for home in 45 minutes. The spring was originally replaced, by Precision, in 2008 with a life time warranty. The replacement spring was installed at no charge for the part. We only paid for the service call. Excellent service.

We had used Precision in the past. The agent was very pleasant and professional. Although a part had to be obtained it took only one day after the initial consultation to fix the door. The part needed was the rubber strip around the door.

I had an emergency situation with two broken panels on my garage door and simply asked Siri to call a garage door repair store near Galena, Ohio and Siri called Precision Door. I was very surprised that someone answered because it was Saturday afternoon. I was even more surprised that they could come out the very next morning, Sunday, at 9am to help diagnose the problem. Tim arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. He showed me what was wrong with the doors. He also showed me several replacement options in addition to repair estimates. We are always so happy with precision garage door!! I wouldn't use anyone else!! In fact we have your phone number right inside the garage right next to our entry into the house!! This time it was about 4:20pm when I had just gotten back from running an errand. I closed the garage door and heard a not so great noise and noticed the door was cockeyed and not closed. I couldn't believe this had happened at that time of the day and on a Friday!! I immediately called your number which I always have handy and talked with rebeccca! I couldn't even believe we could possibly get service later that night!! Wow was I ever surprised and soo happy!! Our wonderful technician even arrived earlier than promised around 7:30 and he worked in the hot hot closed garage and even though our cars were inside he was able to safely and so efficiently repair the broken cable cord and he tightened up everything so that our garage door was straight and working like a gem!!! jWe have a two car garage with a single all wood door which is extremely heavy and the time before precision replaced our large spring coils and they have been the strongest longest lasting large spring coils we have ever had! we have had them replaced multiple times in the past by other companies until we found precision garage doors and their spring coils, still to date, are just perfect!!! We just couldn't be more pleased and I know our neighbors just couldn't believe our cockeyed door was fixed within just a few hours on a Friday and later in the evening when it broke!! We have another neighbor that still have a cockeyed broken door days and days later!! Your company rocks and all the employees from front office to technicians are just the most honest, hardworking, wonderful folks we had the pleasure to do business with!! Thank you all sooo much!!! Unbelievable great fast service!!!

I called Precision on Sunday afternoon and explained what was going on with our garage door, the lady I talked to was extremely nice and gave me an appointment for the following day. Dustin was our technician, he called me 30 minutes before arriving at my home to let me know he was on his way, Dustin checked out the door and told us what was needed, he installed a new spring and replaced the rollers, he was very professional, friendly and did a great job. I will definitely call Precision again should we need garage door repair and I highly recommend them.
