The kindest representative on my initial call. Service appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. Technician-Jonathan Swartz- was top notch. He did not mind that I looked over his shoulder and asked a million questions. He was very professional and performed my repair neatly and efficiently. I would request Jonathan for any future needs.

David was clean-cut and friendly. Hopefully my problem is solved with the new replacements. Had hoped to spend that money in a different way -- but the garage door came first.

Everything was explained to me and I appreciated that - many times the service providers will just do the work and not explain what they are doing. He also gave me information about the system that will help me in the future if future repairs are needed.

The spring on my door broke and could not get my car out. Called Precision at about 3:15pm. The technicians arrived at my house by 4:00pm. Lake and Mike diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything fixed in about an hour. They were knowledgeable, explained everything, and were very friendly. I would recommend Precision to everyone. After looking online to find a reputable garage door company with excellent recommendations, great service, and superior products, I found Precision on NextDoor Sunbury. Everything about the process of replacing my garage door and new motor/opener was done so easily and professionally by Precision, from my first appointment with Alana, to the actual installation today by Kenny. My new garage door is absolutely beautiful and the color Alana recommended is a perfect match for my house. Kenny did such an amazing job installing my new steel insulated garage door, tracks, and motor today and making sure I understood operation, warranty, etc. I’m so very pleased with my choice of Precision and recommend them highly. Superb products and professional, highly trained employees make a great company. Thank you!

Lake was amazing from start to finish. He was punctual and polite. Poor guy got rained on, like terrential down pour but he kept doing the job. Gave us multiple options after checking everything. Worked quickly. Did an amazing job. Cost was a bit higher than other places but worth it for the great service.
