Four years ago, we had Precision install a new door system. The gentleman (Tim) that came to our house reviewed the damaged system and recommended it be replaced. He installed a new door opener. He was very thorough, and we didn't have an issue until this week. One of the springs had to be replaced. Tim related the fact he remembers us because he was the one that did our first repair. He also reminded us that the system was under warranty. Tim did the repairs and maintenance. He was very friendly and finished the repairs in less than a 1/2 hour. We are very happy with Precisions response and level of service.

Derek was the consummate professional. He walked us through his analysis; showed us evidence of the problems; and gave us options for resolution. He did a complete and thorough job from arrival to departure. He provided recommendations, but provided information for us to make the best decision for our safety and our wallet. He also made sure the work area was left spotless after his job was completed. We couldn’t have asked for a better tech. He represents your company so very very well.

I had a broken garage door spring on a Sunday after the 4th of July. I booked an online appointment, and just a few hours later, Joseph was at my house and had things back in working order in just over an hour. He was prompt, clear, and knew his craft exceptionally well.

I am a big fan of Precision Garage Door. I have used others in the past and they don’t even begin to compare. Precision is responsive, friendly, professional and their technicians “know their stuff.” I also appreciate that they don’t to “up sell” you. I especially want to call out Adam Huston. LOVE HIM!! He is great - just as I mention above - responsive, friendly, professional and he knows his stuff and explains it to me in ways I can understand. I don’t want anyone else ‘fussing’ with my door but Adam - LOL! Precision - you need to clone Adam! Thank you for continued great service.

Prompt, courteous service with a fully stocked truck and no sales pressure! Precision installed new cables and springs 11 months ago and I was very pleased. I called today with a warranty question and received a rapid response - all covered under warranty! Adam Moore was very pleasant, explained what he saw as the difficulty; quickly and professionally solved the situation. We also discussed replacing my opener. He supplied two estimates; explained the similarities and differences; was gracious when I said I would wait on replacement.

As I was leaving for the Airport for planned vacation, my garage door wouldn't open, and I had to open manually. I called Precision Garage Door Service and reported the problem. I was returning on a Friday, and they scheduled the appointment on the following Saturday, no extra charge. Matt the service representative arrived as promised and diagnosed the problem at a broken spring. He repaired quickly and it now works as before, perhaps even better. He went over the pricing and offered options for the repair. Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend the team at Precision Garage Door to quickly diagnose, repair and warranty garage doors.

I called Precision Garage to repair the light socket of my garage opener. Since my unit was 20+ years old and parts were not available. I decided to go with a new garage opener. The technician was able to quickly install my new opener. I am happy with the new opener and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I

I was extremely pleased with the timeliness of the service. The technician was very friendly and competent. Having local service providers is very important to us rather than a national company that does the same thing!

We had a new garage door opener installed by Precision Garage Door today. We have used Precision Garage Door in the past as they installed a new garage door for us in 2022. After calling the service line they came out the same day (and we called after 2:00 PM!) Adam M the installer was super! He presented us with our choices and had the new opener up and running in less than an hour. He also lubricated the garage door... Thank you! Recommended Precision Garage Door to my son when he had a problem and would definitely recommend to family and friends in the future.

Chose Precision Garage Door because they advertise same day service and they delivered! James was my service technician and he’s very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Quickly solved the issue with our new main garage door and promptly installed an additional unit we had purchased. He was clear and up front about the pricing. We couldn’t be happier! Would definitely recommend! Thank you, James!
