Service techs (Dave and Dave) were excellent. Got here early on a Saturday, gave multiple repair options and zero pressure. Replaced two springs, bearings, and a few brackets and door works great! My only complaint is the price - I went with the lowest price option and it was $1200…seems pricey for two hours of work using basic parts. Two average springs for $300 each? 4 hinges at $25 each (I can buy these at Wal Mart for about $6/each)? End bearing plates - 2 at $120 each? I guess I was thinking it would be around half of that but next time I will get a second opinion. My suggestion would be to use this company if you need quick service but if you have the time explore other options.

Excellent company to do business including the young lady in customer service who set the appointment to Tim who analyzed the situation, recommended various products and very professionally installed the product. My door was not working at 100%. Matt E. inspected the door and explained three service options. He quickly replaced the worn door hardware, the springs and lubricated all the hardware on the door. When he finished the door was running smoothly and in good balance. Matt is a true professional in doing his work.

I have used Precision several times over the years and when my garage door spring broke I called them to fix the problem. They were able to come out the same day and completed the repairs. The technician was polite and was able to explain what needed to be repaired or replaced, and having the parts on hand, made the replacements. I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them for any garage door issues one would have.

The technician was timely, courteous and knowledgeable, He replacey the torsion spring and rollers. He then straightening the rails which were poorly done by the builder. I thought they were a bit high price wise. It was a Saturday morning and was done by 2:00. So it was worthwhile. When the time comes to replace the opener I will call them again

Garage spring broke during the evening. Precision was able to get to me on the schedule the next day and perform the necessary repairs. Also completed an inspection of all components of the garage door and recommend some other items to consider and things to watch going forward. Bonus was Derek was a hoot to work with, quick and professional with the repair.

Whoo hoo! This process was seamless! As well the broken up payments were a life saver & very much appreciated! The best part of the day was my service tech, Dmitri. He was not only pleasant but incredibly kind & courteous. He identified the issue & went to work straight away. He even took the extra time to look at the single bay door which was acting wonky that your company also installed in 2010. We had trouble with our remote initially, but since our motors were 18 years old, we decided to replace those and get new rollers as well as the outside remote panel. Jason Otero came out the same day I called and he did a terrific job giving me my options and explaining the benefits. Once I made a decision, he installed everything the same day and did a great job. He was professional, informative, did a quality job and cleaned up everything afterwards. He also gave me his card in case I had any follow-up questions. I am very happy with Precision and especially with the work of Jason Otero. Thank you all.
