Precision is responsive, friendly, professional and their technicians “know their stuff.” I also appreciate that they don’t to “up sell” you. I especially want to call out Adam Huston. LOVE HIM!! He is great - just as I mention above - responsive, friendly, professional and he knows his stuff and explains it to me in ways I can understand. I don’t want anyone else ‘fussing’ with my door but Adam - LOL! Precision - you need to clone Adam! Thank you for continued great service.

Prompt, courteous service with a fully stocked truck and no sales pressure! Precision installed new cables and springs 11 months ago and I was very pleased. I called today with a warranty question and received a rapid response - all covered under warranty! Adam Moore was very pleasant, explained what he saw as the difficulty; quickly and professionally solved the situation. We also discussed replacing my opener. He supplied two estimates; explained the similarities and differences; was gracious when I said I would wait on replacement.

As I was leaving for the Airport for planned vacation, my garage door wouldn't open, and I had to open manually. I called Precision Garage Door Service and reported the problem. I was returning on a Friday, and they scheduled the appointment on the following Saturday, no extra charge. Matt the service representative arrived as promised and diagnosed the problem at a broken spring. He repaired quickly and it now works as before, perhaps even better. He went over the pricing and offered options for the repair. Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend the team at Precision Garage Door to quickly diagnose, repair and warranty garage doors.

We had a new garage door opener installed by Precision Garage Door today. We have used Precision Garage Door in the past as they installed a new garage door for us in 2022. After calling the service line they came out the same day (and we called after 2:00 PM!) Adam M the installer was super! He presented us with our choices and had the new opener up and running in less than an hour. He also lubricated the garage door... Thank you! Dustin was my repair person. He did a thorough review of the door with me and presented all of my options clearly. The work (springs, pad/seal, bushings, and rollers) was completed in about an hour. The door works great now and is much quieter. I was very impressed that Dustin got so much done is such a short time by himself. Dustin was great to work with, very efficient, and left the garage clean. I am very happy with Precision and all the repairs done to my garage door.

We have been using Precision since 2007. We initially purchased a complete overhaul package, which at that time came with a lifetime warranty. You never really know if a company will truly honor such a warranty for a lifetime but Precision amazingly has. We have contacted them a number of times through the years for warranty service and they have always cheerfully come through, the same day, and once even on Christmas Eve. Today was no exception. Our technician Tom, not only fixed the broken spring, but did a complete inspection and found cables that were wearing out and possibly needing replaced in the near future. He replaced them along with the spring, lubricated the door and made sure everything would be running smoothly for the foreseeable future, with only a charge for the service call. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Great service! The first person I spoke with when requiring about some needed door repairs, was very courteous and friendly. She made my appointment that suited my needs and gave me a time between 3 and 6. To my surprise, she called back and said she had a technician in the area that could arrive by 1:00. Matt arrived on time, examined my needs and gave me a quote. Within 10 minutes he called me to inspect his work, which was exactly as I requested. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
