We had been experiencing some garage door issues lately. Contacted Precision and you had a technician there the next day. He ran his checklist and identified what needed to be done. He gave me options and explained the benefits of each option. He proceeded with and was done quickly. He explained much of what he was doing. Very educational for me. On a Sunday evening, our garage door wouldn’t open; we pulled the door opener emergency release and then the door would not go down. We needed emergency service, looked on Yelp and called Precision, because they have Sunday service and had great reviews including pictures and names of their service crew. We thought that was a good idea so customers would know who to expect to arrive. We’ve never used Precision before but we will now! The lady that answered our call immediately was very pleasant, and the tech Curt Vanmeter was at our home in about 2 hours, well within the 4 hour window quoted. He identified the issue (broken spring) and less than 2 hours later, it was fixed! He was courteous, friendly, always professional, explained the issue & solution, gave us a quote, worked diligently and had it replaced quickly. He answered our questions, respected our belongings in the garage and throughly cleaned up afterwards. He is the best! Our expectations were definitely met. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Curt Vanmeter!

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. Precision answered the telephone immediately and scheduled a technician within a couple hours. David M arrived on time and was very courteous, clean and conscientious. David thoroughly explained the options available with the cost of each. His work was outstanding and the garage door operated better than new. We were so pleased we had him replace the springs on our single bay door. There were many available appointments so I was able to get my garage door inspected and repaired during a time that worked with my schedule. The technician, Patrick, was very friendly, honest, and efficient. He arrived on time and explained what needed fixed in terms that a layperson could understand. He also talked about parts that could also be tuned up or replaced to improve performance/longevity. We ended up going with the simplest fix, but Precision will be the first call if we have any future garage door issues. I would highly recommend this company and technician!
