Our daughter had had a good experience with Precision. So when our garage door mechanism jammed, we didn’t hesitate to call. The service was timely, professional, accurate, transparent, efficient, and complete. The service tech, Johnny, was very personable, thorough, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We now have a functioning door again, and with a 7 year parts/labor warranty as well. Thank you very much!

There were many available appointments so I was able to get my garage door inspected and repaired during a time that worked with my schedule. The technician, Patrick, was very friendly, honest, and efficient. He arrived on time and explained what needed fixed in terms that a layperson could understand. He also talked about parts that could also be tuned up or replaced to improve performance/longevity. We ended up going with the simplest fix, but Precision will be the first call if we have any future garage door issues. I would highly recommend this company and technician!

Precision replaced our old garage door 8 years ago, and it is so much better than the cheap door that came with the house. Our spring finally broke on the new door, and they had someone out within a few hours. Jordan had our door working again within an hour.

I called at 1:20pm and Precision was on site at 2:15 or so. Tom Timmons was courteous, informative and did a great job. Both springs replaced and all moving parts lubed prior to him leaving. I would highly recommend Precision.

The garage door opener for my wife's car did not work this AM. I called Precision and Dustin was there my the afternoon. He was the epitome of a professional, helpful, and nice person who put in a new garage door opener. He deserves an A+ for his work and we were fortunate to get him. Warranty work as the light wasn’t syncing to the opener. James was professional and answered all my questions and showed me how to reset. Definitely recommend this company as both the technician I have met have been fantastic.

I called at 5:00 PM and Walker came out by 8:40 PM He replaced both springs and some bearings that were bad and was finished in about an hour. Excellent service and friendly knowable repairman, and a fair price for everything. I'm very satisfied!

Would choose 0 stars if allowed. Was quoted $1000-$1600 for new springs, rollers, hinges, etc. I was told the springs were so old they had no date and needed replaced. I've since received a second opinion, the date on the springs is 2021, not even 3 years old. They don't need replaced at all. Thanks for trying take advantage of a woman thinking I would just believe what you said. So glad I had to pay a $50 service fee. Thanks for nothing.
