Tech was Joe. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, gave multiple repair options. Twenty two year old door. Opener quit and needed replaced. Had springs, rollers and shaft bushings replaced as well. He programed all remotes. Great job. Less than two hours for everything.

Looking for a sixth star! Tim was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, prompt and a great communicator. As a new, new-build owner I have so many decisions to make as we settle in. Having someone show up with multiple options and all the parts who was able to explain the pro's and con's of each system in a "kitchen table English" manner was much appreciated. Tim finished the installation in under an hour. When Tim left, everything was working and he took the time to demonstrate to the whole family.

The spring on my door broke and could not get my car out. Called Precision at about 3:15pm. The technicians arrived at my house by 4:00pm. Lake and Mike diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything fixed in about an hour. They were knowledgeable, explained everything, and were very friendly. I would recommend Precision to everyone. Great customer service and they went the extra mile.

Our garage door is 9 years old, we noticed a defect on the lateral sides more the right than the left, the wind will make the door to shake. I contacted the company and made an appointment for that to be repaired. Michael was our technician, he was personable, professional and client friendly. He listened to our concerns, he explained the findings and the options to resolve them. He fixed the defect of the door and also replaced the springs. We are satisfied and glad that he was able to get it done in less than a day from when I requested the service. Thank you very much. Byron
