Matt replaced my cables and installed new rollers that are self enclosed and do not need lubrication except on the shaft. James reprogrammed our garage door opener. Other company told us that we need to replace the unit. We were charged $69 by Precision to reprogram, while other company was asking $1,200 to replace the opener (Which was not needed).

I have used Precision Garage Door when at a previous house in the Columbus area. Because of great service in that house, I didn't hesitate in calling them recently for a garage door issue in a fairly new house. I was able to easily schedule same day service via their website and the service technician was very prompt and personable. It was recommended by my First Alert system. The problem was solved, the workmen (2) were both helpful, friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and were very courteous. I would recommend them. However, I found the prices for what was done was very high. I have neighbors who I will tell about their service, but I will mention that the price was very high for what I had done.
