This is one company to keep on your telephone list for anything related to garage doors & garage openers! Got an appointment in less than 24 hours! Our technician Joe, was very professional and knowledgeable on diagnosing our problem and gave us a few options on how to fix it! Guess what; you won’t believe this; he had all the “stuff” needed in his van to fix it immediately! My problem with my opener was fixed in less than 24 hours! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My garage door would not open so I needed to call someone to come check it out. I had seen the precision Garage Door trucks around, and they had a local office, so I decided to call them. I was very, very pleased with the service. The problem was diagnosed, fixed, plus both my doors were lubed and the tech even cleaned off the wood dust (from the garage workshop) from the top of my garage door opener and blow it away out of my garage! He was very polite, helpful and quick - and with a smile. I won't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again if I need them.

Our garage opener broke, wouldn't go up and we were perplexed. My husband couldn't figure it out. So we contacted Precision as they had installed our garage DOOR. It was so easy to get a service appt. on line, the very next day! Danny came out and looked over our opener and figured out what the problem was. He was so nice, respectful, polite and so professional. He knew his stuff! He showed me, and explained the issue. I was in touch with my husband. Lynne Barone. Precision installed a new garage door opener and miscellaneous parts for the door in November. This past weekend the garage door was not closing --it would stop part way and then go back up. I called precision this morning at 8:00. The person on the phone was very pleasant and scheduled someone for today. The problem is now fixed. the technician was very friendly, thoroughly explained the problem and corrected it. No charge because of the warranty. This company lives up to their advertising and has earned its reputation.
