Our service man was great. But had to charge $110. This is outrageous. It just needed re-programmed. If I had gotten a smarter person on the help line, he could have walked me through doing it myself. I feel ripped off by Precision.

Called late AM for a "Check-UP" on my garage door system so not an urgent call by any means. Shocked to hear they could come out same day. Derick arrived and did not identify any urgent issues as all was working at this time and stated there was no charge. He did however identify some items where wear and tear were progressing and noted the springs were too small for the weight of my door. After a very good educational discussion, I told him I like to operate in prevention mode rather than in problem mode. He gave me a quote and again was shocked to hear that he had everything on his truck and could complete all items discussed during this visit. WOW - Glad I called Precision.

My garage door would not open so I needed to call someone to come check it out. I had seen the precision Garage Door trucks around, and they had a local office, so I decided to call them. I was very, very pleased with the service. The problem was diagnosed, fixed, plus both my doors were lubed and the tech even cleaned off the wood dust (from the garage workshop) from the top of my garage door opener and blow it away out of my garage! He was very polite, helpful and quick - and with a smile. I won't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again if I need them.

Our garage opener broke, wouldn't go up and we were perplexed. My husband couldn't figure it out. So we contacted Precision as they had installed our garage DOOR. It was so easy to get a service appt. on line, the very next day! Danny came out and looked over our opener and figured out what the problem was. He was so nice, respectful, polite and so professional. He knew his stuff! He showed me, and explained the issue. I was in touch with my husband. The gave me a quote that was a bit too much but they came back with a lower number. They saved us so much time and aggravation! We were so appreciative! Thank you Danny!
