He replaced the track for our belt at no cost, thanks to their excellent warranty policy. The experience reaffirmed why I chose Precision Garage Door in the first place. James Damron did a fantastic job. He had everything he needed to complete the repairs on his truck. He did an evaluation of the garage door, made his recommendations to me and then went about his work replacing the springs, torsion cable, rollers, cable drum and bearing plates. Very professional.

The springs on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning and you guys were able to get a Technician out that same day. The Technician David was very helpful and informative, he even helped with the installation of the new opener which I had done myself earlier in the day. David explained everything very well and was done with the job quickly. My garage door has never been so quiet. David also showed me how to spray the hinges and other components of the door for routine maintenance in order to keep the door operating at it’s best. Thank you!
