during a power outage 2 weeks ago, i had to manually unlock my overhead garage door in order to get out. somehow, i broke/lost the spring to re-engage the opener. i immediately called precision door service. they young lady i spoke to was able to get my service call scheduled for the very next morning. my problem was quickly diagnosed, and a solution was explained to me. i was very impressed when the technicians said he could be fixed that very day. about an hour and a half later, i had a new, fully functioning garage door opener! to say i was very impressed would be an understatement. i highly recommend precision for any of your garage door needs. bob cunicella

Tom just left my house and was the nicest guy. Seriously, I couldn’t have asked for better service or company on a quiet day. He made our door work amazingly and was educating me on things to think about as the door ages. Answered questions and was just all around super helpful and knew exactly what to do. Tom A. Palmer was my Technician, I needed a new garage door opener, he explain the differences in the opener models and answered my numerous questions. I new my garage door had a broken hinge that needed replaced, he pointed out two other hinges that had stress cracks in them, so I had those replaced also. He inspected the garage door and installed the new opener, and programed the two remotes & outside keyless pad. Very happy with the work that Tom did, and would recommend Tom & Precision for your garage door/opener needs.

My garage door began acting erratic on a Sunday morning. I decided to call Precision Door, looked up their number thinking I would give them a call first thing Monday morning. I was surprised to see they were open. Gave them a call and was able to get scheduled that day. The technician, Joseph arrived at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional, explained the problem, had the parts needed and had my door repaired within an hour.

Our entire experience was exceptional and even went beyond our expectations! Both the person answering the phone and our technician, Jason D. who came to do the repair work were as courteous and helpful as people can be. Jason was thorough in assessing the problems, not only identifying the primary problem, but thoroughly assessing the system overall, so that we could make intelligent decisions about all repairs that needed to be made. He fixed everything we asked him to in an efficient and thorough manner. The work left us with an even better functioning garage door system than we had when the existing one was installed.
