Showed up on Sunday, repaired broken spring, and installed new rollers. Has never operated as quite as does now. Did not check prices, felt as though tech was honest, was happy to get it taken care of quickly.

After allowing another garage repair business come in and rig my garage door without actually fixing the issue I did my research and found Precision.. with all the 5 star reviews I felt more confident about my choice this time around. The technician did a detailed inspection of the entire door operation. He then recommended parts that may have problems in the future. We decided since he was here now, and the parts and door are about 14 years old, to do the work he talked to us in detail. WOW, what a difference in the door operation when he was done.

After doing some research, I felt good going with your cmpany, especially since you where willing to give me a quote over the phone. Jessica found a promotion for me right over the phone, she was totally awesome! Superstar she was. Then came Mike, your technician who after installing the same size springs that use to be on there and realizing that my door was actually too heavy for them, and instead of just not saying anyting and leaving, he removed them and installed the correct, stronger springs, and kept the same quote. Oh yes, your company knows what the people want and absoutely, 100% top notch delivered. Great job Percision! You should be proud of this type of professional work. So impressed am I. I've already told SEVERAL employees as I work for the city of columbus, so be ready. There is a lot of us. Awesome job.

This is the second time I’ve used them, first to replace the mechanism to belt driven- so much quieter and this time due to floor not level and had a gap that mice - moles and snow and water would come in so he put all new buttom piece on . So much better .
