I was having to replace the batteries in our keypad opener nearly every week. Precision had installed a new one along with overhead opener and other work in 2021. The technician, David, noted he was here in’21 as part of the service team. He said there has been issues with the keypad we had so he installed a new one, helped reprogram it, and said there was no charge as everything was still under warranty. What a pleasant surprise! We’re Precision customers for life. Thanks, everyone!

David, our technician, was personable, skilled, and accommodating. I had to admire his acrobatic balance on the very top of the step ladder. I would have surely fallen off. He was very precise and I very much like the product, although I have heard quieter doors opener systems. The only downside was that it was late, and he still had a final job to do an hour away from our house. As it was late, and he may have been pressing to get on the road, he did not check the car buttons. They were incorrectly programmed. It will be a simple fix, but he will have to return tomorrow.

Joshua arrived promptly and provided excellent customer service. I already had purchased a garage door opener and after first inspecting what came with the opener, he mentioned a one piece rail would be less noisy which was one of my issues with my previous one. While stating my options he made sure I understood the differences and we selected the one right for me. Thanfully while Joshua was adding that option on, he realized it wasn't going to work with the opener I had. So he quickly notified me and we changed course. We had excellent communication and Joshua worked quickly and efficiently to complete the install. I would highly recommend Precision and Joshua for all your garage door and opener needs.

My son recommended Precision Garage Door. They had fixed his door and he was satisfied. My spring broke. I called Precision and a repairman (Joshua W) came to my house about 2 hours later. He recommended changing the torsion cables (since they were a bit rusted) as well as they bearing plates left, right and middle. Considering the door is 26 years old, I accepted his recommendation. Joshua had the parts replaced and the door working in less than one hour. I wasn't prepared for the considerable expense of the total job but am happy with the results.

Saturday morning, garage door would not close. Called Precision about 11 am. James was here by 2:30. James was able to point out the problem right away. I then asked that he show me all the things that should be updated and give me an estimate for the work. He gave me a couple of quotes and I picked one. He proceeded to complete the work in a timely fashion and I was very satisfied. James was very courteous and professional. I would recommend Precision,

Charles "Chaz" was so helpful. He was called out under a warranty issue that ended up being a fuse. Super understanding and didn't make me feel like a dummy. ???? had our garage door installed two years ago and have not had issues. They were at our house 20 minutes after I called!

Last night we were watching TV and we heard a loud noise but did not know where it came from, this morning my husband went to go out and the garage door would not come up and this was about 9 am. I went online and booked an appointment, and by 10am they were out at my house and fixed the door in under and hour and the price was less then I thought. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Tech showed up when he was supposed to and was patient as I was on a business call, he waited for about 10-15 minutes until I finished the call and explained to me the problem and options, even options going with the garage door manufacturer. Ultimately I did have Precision Door do the work as I was not prepared to pay the cost of the estimate. Very professional and informative tech.

I have in small steps over the last 14 years added different level of maintenance to my door to keep functional. Including a new opener, bracing, couple brackets and two rollers. Recently I started having issues with the door not operating correctly and progressively started getting very loud when operating. I could not remember the company I used in the past. So, after investigating and checking reviews I decided to Schedule a consultation with Precision. Very good choice. My Tech Daivd was awesome, he thoroughly walked me through the steps on correcting my current issues, then pointed out things that would cause future issues. Never did he pressure me, just shared his knowledge. I decided to get an entire rebuild, new springs, cable, rollers, bracket, and weather seal and re=programmed the unit. a little shocked with the total cost initially, but at the conclusion of the work I felt the money was well spent. The door has never been so smooth and quiet. Plus, I got a 5-year warranty. Very pleased customer. Gratitude, Kenny G.

P.G.D.S. was very thorough with correcting the garage door balance. The technician, Adam H. fixed the door balance by replacing the RED 262 spring with a RED 250 spring. Along with this, Adam also checked the motor and belt, to make sure every part of the system was 100 % ! I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Our experience with Kimberly (who was our first contact with Precision) and Adam (our installer) was great! Both individuals were professional and friendly. Kimberly sent Adam out to our house within an hour. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and analyzed our garage door problem. His explanation and remedy of the problem was easy to understand. He gave us an estimate and made the repair in a timely manner. Also, just as important he supplied us "service with a smile". No one like to spend money on these types of repairs but it nice to deal a company that has people that care about their customers.
