This company is the best! I have used them twice, the first time was on a Sunday when the spring broke on my garage door and of course my vehicle was trapped inside, what else? They were there to fix the spring - on a weekend - very quickly! This time was no emergency and they were still there quickly. The tech was knowledgeable and very informative and he checked the entire opener and door and even lubed what was needed. Precision is my go-to garage door company for certain.

I think the technician I met with was David. He came and spend close to an hour assessing the situation of my "hopeless" garage door. Quite old and neglected. After the time spend, he had two suggestions. 1. For around $700-$800 he could give the poor thing a bandaid and it might work for a few more months. Option 2. Remove the tracks, rollers, door and all existing hardware and install a new door. I went with that. Cost I believe to be reasonable and door has been ordered. Let's review again after installation. Thank you for your service. David was clean cut, honest, and knew his business.

My initial call for repair was very good. I did not have to jump though a lot of hoops to talk with someone. They were exceptionally nice and scheduled my appointment for the very next morning. Tom, the service associate, was right on time, very nice and explained everything about the door and what needed repaired. I asked him to check the entire door (which he said he was going to do as part of the service). This is the original door when the house was built (17 years) and he once again explained and showed me what normally wears out and needs lubricated.
