I woke up this morning to a nightmare when my garage door could not close due to an issue I had driving out of the garage. Tim showed up earlier than expected which was great. He was very courteous and very efficient. He put in whole new racks, roller and spring. My garage door has never been this quiet in all the time I've lived here! Within 4 hours, my door was working and I was able to continue with my day. I would recommend this service to everyone!

Very satisfied. Patrick discussed all options for the repair of our broken garage door! Was very helpful explaining everything and answered all of my questions. The Service guy was great! But for 30 minutes of work, Changed two Brackets. And lubed rollers. Cost $ 265.65 outrageous. Will not use your service again!

I needed to have service on my garage door today. The company got me in quickly. The young man that came to do my service was friendly and respectful of me and my property. It was a Holiday weekend so I was not able to call additional companies for a quote. I would absolutely not recommend this company. They constantly try to upsell you and charge so much more than average. I just talked to my next door neighbor and he paid almost half.

The tech, Gary, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He arrived just before the stated appointment time started after calling to say that he was on his way. He gave me options for the repair without doing a hard sell. The work was completed in good time, quicker than I anticipated. No mess was left behind. Would I use this company again? Yes, in a heartbeat! This is the type of employee than companies need to represent them.

Keypad was not working. Thought it was the bateries. It wasn't. Called yesterday and they came out today. Turns out the keypad was recalled. The guy removed the pad and put a new one on. Maybe 1/2 at the top?

Excellent Service, called for service late Saturday and had appointment for mid morning on Sunday. Our tech (Tim) was great, he explained all issues from start to finish. He checked out door and found issues that needed repaired / replaced then gave us options to choose from. When we decided everything was done before he left. Service tech very pleasant. Good salesman. Because the garage door broke at a time when it was critical that I get it repaired quickly- after regular business hours, of course, in retrospect I probably paid more than I should have for some elements of the 'repair' materials. Unfortunate that I did not have the luxury of doing research into need/cost of repair materials/components.
