Thomas A Timmons from Precision came to our house because a failed garage door spring on a Saturday, the work Thomas performed was outstanding. Thomas evaluated the garage door system found all the problem's we walked through them and we proceeded to make repairs. The garage door and its components work better than they ever did! Tim Tomlinson was the repairman. He was very knowledgeable on how to fix my issues with the keypad, remote and garage door opener. He gave me options to choice from to do the repair. He was on time. Excellent customer service. I would definitely refer Precision to friends and will call you again if I have any other issues.

Trapped! Yes, trapped is the best word to describe the feeling you have when that spring on your garage door snaps. I had that feeling last Thursday night and though I really didn't need to go anywhere, you think of a half dozen things you would like to go out for, if only you could get out. I had this same problem 5 years ago, so I gave that company a call, actually several calls, but by late morning they hadn't called me back. Not wanting to wait any longer I called Precision Garage Door. Their technician arrived much earlier than expected and got right to work. He had everything necessary to perform the job and quickly had the door fixed and everything cleaned up. The company that originally repaired my door 5 years ago still hasn't called me back.

I want to say that the company stands behind their excellent work. I had my garage door installed a little less than a year ago and there was a issue with the door making noise when it was lowering. They came out came and made the adjustments that was needed. In addition, it was just one phone call and the person who I spoke to was quick and efficient in setting up my appointment. Lastly, the tech who came out was only 15 or 20 minutes with resolving the issue. No one could ask for a better company to do their work. Kudos, all the way around.

Tim was able to quickly identify the issue with our garage door and give us multiple options to get it fixed. He was both professional and very personable. I called Precision around noon and was told a technician would arrive between 4 & 6. I received a call from the technician (Chaz”) that he was on his way at 4:00. Chaz was very polite and professional as he diagnosed the problem, offered several options to repair the issue and within about an hour my garage door was working properly. I have used Precision Door since 2002 and they will always be my first call when I need my garage door serviced.

I woke up this morning to a nightmare when my garage door could not close due to an issue I had driving out of the garage. Tim showed up earlier than expected which was great. He was very courteous and very efficient. He put in whole new racks, roller and spring. My garage door has never been this quiet in all the time I've lived here! Within 4 hours, my door was working and I was able to continue with my day. I would recommend this service to everyone!
