John did an excellent job on my garage door springs. He suggested placing 2 springs instead of just replacing the 1 so that there was not as much pressure on the door. The door is now a lot easier to lift manually. Thanks John for a job well done.

Tim was on time to install my new door. Price for door and installation was a little high, but service was prompt and friendly. Only disappointment (so far ...) was that I ended up having to clean up debris from the garage floor, including a couple of bolts from the installation that would have ruined my tires.

John was on time very nice person. He explained the problems and how he could repair the garage door opener. He replaced the spring, center plate, pair of drums right and left and balanced the door. I was very pleased. John arrived within an hour of my call, and quickly assessed that the spring had broken. Further, as he investigated he found that the center bearing was out-of-code. He had all the parts on the truck, and quickly repaired the door. He also gave some good maintenance advice. VERY happy.

I got off work at 2 pm, then at 3 pm my garage door spring broke and my truck was trapped in the garage ! I had to be back to work at 2 am,Precision said they would be here at 8 pm,and to my surprise they were here at 6 pm. They did a fine job on the garage door spring and I was on my way to work again.
