I was very pleased. John arrived within an hour of my call, and quickly assessed that the spring had broken. Further, as he investigated he found that the center bearing was out-of-code. He had all the parts on the truck, and quickly repaired the door. He also gave some good maintenance advice. VERY happy.

I got off work at 2 pm, then at 3 pm my garage door spring broke and my truck was trapped in the garage ! I had to be back to work at 2 am,Precision said they would be here at 8 pm,and to my surprise they were here at 6 pm. They did a fine job on the garage door spring and I was on my way to work again.

Prompt, courteous service really stood out. Along with routine maintenance (lubrication and inspection), there were some bolts that needed replacing or were missing. The service call was $55 and the maintenance, which took about an hour, was $99. Could have easily given 5 stars if total cost had been lower; don't know what other companies charge.
