I am one of those people that wait to rate a service to see if it stays fixed. Now I lost the Tech's card! He was very professional and took the time to do the job right. He also let me know how to best lubricate the door and the best type of lubricant. I highly recommend this company. Sincerely, David

John was on time very nice person. He explained the problems and how he could repair the garage door opener. He replaced the spring, center plate, pair of drums right and left and balanced the door. Total cost $506.00. I called for service in the morning and he would arrive around 4:00 to 6:00 and he was on time and ready to work. Julie Garretson

I was very pleased. John arrived within an hour of my call, and quickly assessed that the spring had broken. Further, as he investigated he found that the center bearing was out-of-code. He had all the parts on the truck, and quickly repaired the door. He also gave some good maintenance advice. VERY happy.

I got off work at 2 pm, then at 3 pm my garage door spring broke and my truck was trapped in the garage ! I had to be back to work at 2 am,Precision said they would be here at 8 pm,and to my surprise they were here at 6 pm. They did a fine job on the garage door spring and I was on my way to work again.

Precision was chosen from online add. It seemed to meet my requirements (quick service). I had both torsion springs replaced as the right one had broken. The Technician was John Manning. Prompt, courteous service really stood out. Along with routine maintenance (lubrication and inspection), there were some bolts that needed replacing or were missing. The service call was $55 and the maintenance, which took about an hour, was $99. Could have easily given 5 stars if total cost had been lower; don't know what other companies charge.

After two previous attempts to repair/warranty replace my garage door opener, Eric came onsite today and within less than 20 minutes had my garage door opener working. I have a physical disability that limits my ability to manually open and close the door, so in my book, Eric is AWESOME! Thanks again for getting me up and running, Eric!
