I chose this company because I used their service before when our automatic garage door opener malfunctioned. It was replaced in 2010 and we didn't experience any problems since it was replaced. Recently, our garage door would not open due to a torsion component, and other components needing replaced. The technician replaced all the parts and sounds better than ever. Everyone at Precision was professional, courteous and the technician was punctual. If I ever experience anymore issues with our garage door, we will definitely go with Precision again.

I originally used Hamilton Parker. But knew they were not around any more. I looked in the phone book and saw your name (Precision) with a $15 rebate. The listing in the book looked very well presented. Yes, I took a chance and called. I talked with Allison and she was very professional on the phone. Answered all my questions. Gave me a time of between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Your tech arrived just after 10:00 am. Amazed me.Tim explained everything to me and recommended the overhaul. As it would be the best way considering the age of my door. Half way through I could tell that this was not his first rodeo. No wasted movements. He was in and out in about an hour. Tim is a great asset to your company. I will definitely recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors.Tim performed the work as if it was his garage door being done. The spring on our garage door opener broke. My son found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on the internet. We called and they said they would send someone out between 6-8 pm. Their service man knocked on our door at 5:55 pm. He was professional and considerate. He examined the door and outlined the repair options clearly for us. He told us the cost of the repair. He completed the repair in under an hour and our door works much better than when it was first installed. We will use Precision again in the future and will recomemnd them to our friends.
