One of our neighbors told us to call Precision Doors, and when I looked them up in the yellow pages and saw that they were backed by the BBB and offered same day service, I gave them a call. I called at 7:05 am and Tom, the technician, was at our door by 8:00 am. Tom was very knowledgeable about exactly what needed to be done and discussed it with us and there were no hidden fees. Your service rep was on time and very thorough in making sure that we understood the repair costs. He uncovered an issue with one of the springs that had been previously installed by another service rep from your company and was quick to correct the issue that could have created a need for a new garage door opener; saving additional expenses. Very polite/professional customer service, gave a two hour arrival time block, called one hour before arrival to confirm arrival time. Precision Door did a great job for us on a Sunday afternoon. John was our technician. He called and showed up earlier than scheduled which was great for us. In less than an hour he had our door tuned up and working better than when it was new. We had purchased a new garage door opener last September so we called Precision when our garage door broke. It was at 4:50pm on a Friday, and since the house is accessed through the garage we were concerned that we get a repair the same day. Precision sent out a technician who arrived within 5 minutes of the time stated. He had the door up and moving again I less than an hour, better than before.

Found you on Google search of garage doors. Unlike 3 other companies that I found, only your company offered a call in free estimate request instead of online for me to fill out. I talked to your office first, great helpful person answered the phone, appointment scheduled.for the next day. Tim called on the scheduled day to verify directions (Pataskala versus Reynoldsburg area....not a problem, we're in weird little area) He showed up promptly, was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Other 3 companies...yeah one called back so far, 2 days after my call and appt scheduled for 2 more days later. Last 2 companies..MIA. And you top it off with an email thank you we appreciate your business and a survey. You seem to have a great company. We are going to get the other quote, but we are definitely leaning more to your company.

My old garage door opener broke late on a Saturday night and I didn't know who to call. After a little research online I found Precision and called them Sunday morning. I was greeted on the phone with a friendly voice and set up a time window of 12pm to 2pm for the tech to come to my home. I received a confirmation email with a pic of The tech. Gary showed up on time and got right to work. My garage door was binding up and caused the opener to break. Gary installed a new opener and adjusted and lubed everything and it opens and closes so smooth now. It's also very quiet compared to the old unit. I was very impressed with Precision and so happy to get professional service even on a Sunday. I would refer them to anyone needing door or opener repairs. Thanks Precision!
