Service was great! I called at around 11:45 to schedule an appointment. They offered one for me between 2-4 pm the same day. Then, the tech called me at 12:40 and explained that he had a schedule change and could come earlier if that worked for me! By 1:15 the garage door was repaired and working better than before! Tim was the tech and he was so friendly, knowledgeable and nice. Great prompt efficient service! Thank you.

Precision installed a new garage door for us last month so we decided to have them come back and replace our open as well. Mike did an excellent job! He was on time, explained all the options and costs. Made sure our remotes and keyless entry were functional and advised us on the regular maintenance we should do to keep it running well. New opener is so quiet! We had two good experiences with Precision and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done and done well.

The technician was on time and courteous. He inspected the door, found the problem, and presented me with repair options. He told me which one he thought would be best and why, but there was never any pressure and none of the options presented included replacing any working part or doing more than was needed. He then did the necessary repair as well as a couple of minor adjustments to make the door work more smoothly. He did quality work, and the door now works great. I would definitely use Precision again in the future and will recommend them to any friend or neighbor who has a problem with their garage door.

My garage door spring had broken at 330pm. I contacted Precision at 340pm. I was told that they had an opening for service between 4-6pm. Tim arrived at 420pm and was done installing the work at 5pm. I don't think it can get any better than that. Great job Tim!

Precision had the best ad in the phone book and a real good web site. I would rate them a five star company. The technician was John and he was very knowledgeable about garage doors and answered several questions and also gave some handy tips. He did a great job, quickly replacing a broken spring and fine tuned the door operation. It is now working as good as new.

Precision Door was great!!! Called to get an estimate on Friday and had an appt for the next day. John arrived promptly for the appointment and was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start. We decided to buy the garage door and opener on that day. The process was very smooth and once the door was in, scheduling was easy and fast. Had the garage door and opener installed today. Absolutely love my garage door, looks great and the functionality is flawless! And cannot say enough good things about John.
