The bracket connecting my garage door to the opener broke on a Saturday morning. I called Precision and was pleased to hear that they could schedule an appointment the same day. Daniel arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He inspected every component of the garage door before explaining all of the issues that he discovered during his inspection. Our door was installed 15 years ago. Daniel pointed out the components, which were failing after fifteen years of use, that contributed to the bracket failure (worn springs, leaking bearings & rusty rollers). Daniel provided us with a number of options and their respective costs. He explained each option thoroughly. The options ranged from a replacement of the bracket, that did not address the underlying causes of its failure, all the way up to an option that would return the operation fo the door to “like new condition,” which would provide us with many years of worry free use. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He cleaned up after completing the work and removed all of the parts that were replaced. We became aware of Precision after viewing one of their TV commercials and coincidentally passing their location near our home immediately prior to the failure of the bracket. While we are confident that we will not require their services in the near future, based on the quality of the work performed by Daniel, we will not hesitate to call them should we require any maintenance. We will recommend their services to our friends and neighbors.

Gary was amazing! We've been in our new build for 3 years and of course the builders used the cheapest materials possible. He walked us through what failed and what to replace now so we don't run into more expensive problems in the future. He fixed our spring in under 45 minutes. I was also amazed that I called this morning to book an appointment and Gary was at my house by 2:30. We will be recommending you guys to all of our neighbors going forward!

I was totally impressed and pleased at the service we received from Precision Doors. It was nothing like I expected. The day before, we were having problems with our garage door not going all the way down. It finally did, but today the same issue and I wasn't willing to take the chance of the door not going down at all and having to leave our cars out in the open at night. I did a search for garage door repairs and Precision Doors was the first that popped up. Normally, I check a few places when I'm looking for something, but what stuck out for me wasn't just the 5 stars. What caught my attention was the the section with the technician's bios as well as their pictures. That was a plus. The second thing that caught my attention was that there were very, very few low ratings and where the ratings were low, the owner addressed them and made them right. I did the online chat to ask questions. The person on the other end said that someone could come out today and gave me a 4 hour window. About 10 minutes after we ended the chat, a technician called to say that he was on his way! Wow!!! Payton arrived at the time he said he would. Very friendly, pleasant and personable young man who knew what he as doing. Walked around the garage, surveyed the situation, explained exactly what was going on and within 5 minutes, the problem was resolved. After he finished with the issue we called about, he pointed out the rollers on the garage door. It was something we never noticed before. One of the rollers was bent and the rest were rusted. We asked if we could make an appointment to have them replaced. "I can take care of that now." was his answer. Amazing!!! Within about 15 minutes, he had replaced all of he rollers. We're hoping not to have anymore issues with our garage, but if we do, we will not hesitate to contact Precision Doors and ask for Payton again. Thank you Precision Doors and thank you Payton!!!

I originally called because I thought the “eye” was broken and my door wouldn’t go down. I called and within 3 hours Dustin was at my door. The initial problem only required reconnection of a wire. I asked Dustin, if he had time, to check anything else that might need replaced. This opener is 20 years old. He quickly found some things that could be cared for that were either broken or could break soon (rollers, bearings, as well as what things were older and showing wear but didn’t need replaced. He provided an estimate which was very reasonable and within 1 hour my door was completely taken care of. So within 4 hours of my phone call my door was fixed. Dustin was an absolute delight! Friendly, pleasant, professional, and intelligent. Totally made me feel that I was his priority. This was an exemplary experience from start to finish that many other companies could learn from. I will use no other company in the future. Thank you Dustin and Precision!

AMAZING.. We See the ads on fox 28 every morning and looked like a good company for an emergency repair if needed. low and behold, boom. spring broke. called Precision and talked with a very nice lady and she said she could have someone here within a couple hours. Five minutes later, got a call from a tech named Payton who said he was on his way. the professionalism was great from the start. nice van, clearly marked and Payton had the uniform to boot. we felt comfortable right away. he was masked and very respectful with our floors and 3 dogs. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable of what he was here to address. gave us a quote and estimated time to repair garage door. suggested additional parts as a recomendation, (not pressure sales) we took his advice and added a couple more things from an obviously experienced garage door specialist.we will gladly share our experience with everyone. GREAT WORK PEOPLE

The service tech was on time. He explained all that he would have to do and let me know the breakdown on the cost. He was courteous and professional. The bar and springs were replaced in a timely manner. The main thing, it was great customer and repair service provided by Walker.

I called Precision at 10:30am and they sent a technician out the same day within 3 hours. Jesse Burns the tech was knowledgeable. He work fast and at the end he explained how everything worked and he programed all the openers for me. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family.

Bad experience…. One of our springs broke but the door was still working. I called the night before so we could be on the schedule the next day. Talked to someone about the cost and she told me depending on the spring $65-118 each installed. When the tech showed up it was not the tech I was told or the tech in the email. After he looked at my door, he gave us three quotes. $520, $960 and $1500. The door is not that old and should not need a complete rebuild. Told the tech we are going to get another quote and he said that will be $49.95 for the service call unless we have work done. We then asked him to just do the springs. Looking at the invoice he charged $120 per spring plus a $20 fleet transportation fee???? Total $278.20 when we tried to use the $15 off coupon from the website he said he could not take it because he gave us a good deal and upgraded our springs. This is not a company I will be recommending and I think it awful how they are out to sell something you don’t need. They are not a company that is in your best interest. Stay away….

Working w Precision Door is a dream come true. As far as I'm concerned there is no competition & there doesn't need to be.
