Garage door caught back bumper of my car this morning!! Ugh!! Called Precision Garage Door talked to Olivia who set me up with a repair person. Tim was out within 2 hours because of damage to door we have to replace. Tim was able to get door to close for today, they will be out in morning to replace door and its hardware. Garage door repair-I thought for 1605dollars I should have gotten a new cross shaft for the springs instead of using old one. The tech put a reinforcement Brit on that he said he wouldn’t charge me for clearly he did 135.00. I don’t like surprises.

Terrific service. I called on a Sunday morning to have a broken garage door opener spring replaced. I was told someone would arrive between noon and 4. David C called prior and arrived a little after 1. The technician explained everything thoroughly. David C reminded me of one of my nephews - he was very personable and professional!

High integrity customer who doesn't like writing reviews like this. Tech arrived, inspected and recommended. I discussed my needs and desires with him. We needed springs, bearings. new bottom door seal and a new opener. Verbally quoted me $1300.00 After I picked myself up off the garage floor, I still needed this done. Approval to proceed was given. Work done to satisfaction, however the markup for the opener was outrageous and I spent $140 on a rubber strip that I helped install on the bottom of the door. Tech came to me with the final bill; $1479.00 So, enjoy the Bahamas or wherever you vacation. I called Precision hoping for highly intelligent diagnosis, and I received that, along with a charge that I feel was outlandish.

I discovered my garage door spring was broken late on Sunday. After sending out requests for estimates through Home Advisor and Angie's list, Precision Door Service was the first to call early Monday morning. They came out and replaced the spring within hours and for about half of what Home Advisor estimated. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service for this type of repair.

Precision garage door of Columbus Ohio did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener. My old one was 20+ years old and beginning to die. Did my own research and bought the Chamberlain Wi-Fi enabled model I wanted. Called around noon, receptionist was extremely courteous and took my information. Was scheduled that same day and technician Gary showed up less than two hours later. Tremendous service and timely manner. Gary was extremely professional and courteous and answered every question I had. He also told me some things I didn't know. He was so helpful, I could not have asked for anything better I hope I don't need them again any time soon but I guarantee I will call them if I have garage door issue. Searched in Home Advisor and this company was the first to follow up.they assessed issue and gave me the options. Since Current system was ancient, I opted for new motor and controls. Tech had new equipment on truck And did the switch out on the spot. Tech came out within 24 hours of first calling them and door fixed within 2 hours (Had new parts on the truck already. They responded quickly and efficiently and won my business.

I called and a serviceman was at my home in about three hours. I thought it would be a repair, but I needed a new system. The garage door opener was 20 1/2 years old. Tom installed the new system. This is my first time using Precision and I would call them again.
