My technician was so patient and polite. I was 10 minutes late unfortunately but he was so understanding. He was efficient and went over and beyond lubricating the tracks on the door and he even did something that eliminated the loud noise the door would make when it opened and closed. I also love that they answerred the phone after a couple rings and got someone out same day. They sent an appointment confirmation email and it listed all the technicians with pictures so you're aware of who is coming to service your request. I was impressed by their concern for their customers safety. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again.

My Torsion spring broke on my garage (yay) I emailed for a quote around 1pm by 2pm I had a same day appointment between 4-6pm Alex was there early(which was fabulous) he was professional courteous and funny, he explained everything to where I felt comfortable, Alex had the job done within a hour, Its nice to know there are still companies out there with such great employees, would highly recommend Precision Door to friends and family! thank you for everything!

5 Stars Tim, the technician that came to my house, was very nice; very professional; and did a great job. The repair was not able to be made the night he came to my house, but he came first thing the next morning, even though it was his day off. There was a misunderstanding and the owner personally, and very promptly, called me. The problem was solved. I greatly appreciate the values of a family owned business. I am very pleased with the resolution and the owner's willingness to do his best to satisfy his customers. The owner exemplified exceptional customer service.

Service was great! I called at around 11:45 to schedule an appointment. They offered one for me between 2-4 pm the same day. Then, the tech called me at 12:40 and explained that he had a schedule change and could come earlier if that worked for me! By 1:15 the garage door was repaired and working better than before! Tim was the tech and he was so friendly, knowledgeable and nice. Great prompt efficient service! Thank you.

Precision installed a new garage door for us last month so we decided to have them come back and replace our open as well. Mike did an excellent job! He was on time, explained all the options and costs. Made sure our remotes and keyless entry were functional and advised us on the regular maintenance we should do to keep it running well.
