We called Precision after our garage door spring snapped. They sent out a technician the day of to fix the door. Tim showed up at our house and was extremely friendly and easy to work with. It was not cheap but Tim did a great job and replaced the spring. I would highly recommend Precision based on the phenomenal customer service we received. Thanks!

I saw your advertisements on TV and when the spring on my garage door broke last night, I called Precision. A very nice lady scheduled me for a repair this morning between the hours of 8 and 12. Shortly after 8 a.m., I received a call from Jonathon stating that he would be arriving within 25 minutes. He was very professional upon his arrival and checked the door thoroughly. The rollers and spring had definitely lasted past the warranty. He gave me 3 options and explained them very well. I will recommend your service to my friends!

I learned that my garage door would not close at around 7:30Am. Called Precision and my door was fixed and working before 10:30 Am the same day. That is what I call customer service. The tech explained what had to be done, and gave me what I determined to be good alternatives. After making my selection he was done within an hour. I'll be using Precision in the future.

This company is the very best!! They were able to get to our home the very same day we called. Since we had an older spring system that needed special parts, we opted to replace it. He got it done in about 90 minutes. Very nice and very professional. Will definitely use them again if our other older door breaks. We highly recommend Precision!!

Precision initially installed our replacement double door garage opener. This year we had problems with the door opening periodically like someone had our passcode/ frequency, etc.. In addition, our inside door opener pad would not operate on a consistent basis. Our Techician Derek Mason was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our whole system out and no obvious answer to our problem. However, he took the extra time out to look further into the inside wall contol unit and located a couple of wires somewhat loose. He tightened them up, and it's been almost a month now, and we haven't had any problems with the unit since. He gave us some additional tips as well. Thank You Derek.

I had a "failure to open" problem and I thought I might need to replace the electrical parts. I heard your TV and checked your advertisement on line and was pleased with the ratings and comments I found there. My experience was completely pleasant, reassuring and professional. A technician was scheduled to come within a time frame of my choosing that afternoon . He called when on the way. He discussed replacement of the system but found the present problem to be repairable so I chose that option. Based on my experience I would give a 5 star rating.

I called to get a estimate for a spring replacement. While the estimate for the spring replace was fair it would have been helpful for a new/first time customer to know that there are other parts that may need replacement. Parts that are not obviously broken like flanged ball bearings. The quote given by the technician only pointed on the difference in warranty prices. It would have been helpful if he pointed out what was being replaced. If I was given that information before hand I could have evaluated the bearings before the replacement. Better customer information makes for a happier customer.

Daniel worked on our garage door over the summer (I apologize for my tardiness in submitting this). He called to let me know his arrival time (he was going to be early :) ). After doing a thorough inspection of the door, springs, and rollers, he let me know everything that needed to be done. His attention to detail was amazing. He was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He replaced the spring and rollers, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
