The way Tim T sold it to me when he went over the product and I just felt he knew what he was doing and he amazed me watching him do the work. Very professional and fast. I can't pinpoint what caught my eye in the ads. Just needed it replaced and you did it. Thanks Tim Nice work. I like the way you communicate about the scheduling and letting me know through email what I needed.

The spring on our garage door opener broke. My son found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on the internet. We called and they said they would send someone out between 6-8 pm. Their service man knocked on our door at 5:55 pm. He was professional and considerate. He examined the door and outlined the repair options clearly for us. He told us the cost of the repair. He completed the repair in under an hour and our door works much better than when it was first installed. We will use Precision again in the future and will recomemnd them to our friends.

John did an excellent job on my garage door springs. He suggested placing 2 springs instead of just replacing the 1 so that there was not as much pressure on the door. The door is now a lot easier to lift manually. Thanks John for a job well done.

Tim was on time to install my new door. Price for door and installation was a little high, but service was prompt and friendly. Only disappointment (so far ...) was that I ended up having to clean up debris from the garage floor, including a couple of bolts from the installation that would have ruined my tires.

John was on time very nice person. He explained the problems and how he could repair the garage door opener. He replaced the spring, center plate, pair of drums right and left and balanced the door. I was very impressed with the quick response to my garage door problem. I especially liked the email I received showing a photo and name of the service tech that would be coming to the house.
