When my automatic garage door failed to open, I called Precision Door Services because they had provided excellent service on a prior visit. I was given a two-hour window in which to expect my service repair person. About half way into that "window", Jason called to let me know he was on his way, but, since he was on the other side of town, it would take him a while to get to my house. I appreciated that notification and the extra time wasn't a problem for me. I was pleased to discover that my technician was the same young man who had serviced my garage door before. He was very personable and efficient in his work. He also reminded me that I had a service warranty so the call would not cost me anything - nice surprise! I will definitely recommend Precision Door Service to all of my friends.

Our opener system was inspected and given a clean bill of health a few months ago by another vendor so I was surprised when there was a malfunction. Derek Mason conducted a thorough inspection and it became evident it was time for heavy but only necessary maintenance. New springs, cables, opener, etc. were in order. Trust the recomended system overhaul will provide many years of trouble free service. Thanks Derek Mason!

A friend had used Precision Door for her service, so I called them. They were professional, got quick service, explained everything to me in language I could understand, and provided with options for the repair of my garage door opener. Dustin was great - very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. A new unit to replace our current garage door opener was needed and he was able to take care of the installation and setup on this one visit. He even helped program the car remote. Great Job!

I had randomly picked Precision Garage Door a couple of years ago because they advertised 24/7 service. I was so pleased with their work, that it wasn't hard for me to call them when I had difficulty again. Once again, I was pleased beyond belief. First I was quickly able to schedule service that met my schedule (I work night shift). The technician (Joseph Long) was awesome! Called before he arrived, had a smile on his face when he arrived, went over EVERYTHING, and went over multiple options. My garage door was 25 years old, and even tho I decided to replace it, that was not the first thing offered. I was told what I could do to do only the necessary repairs. When I expressed interest in replacing it, I was given 3 options and the benefits of each were explained fully. I NEVER felt that I was pressured to purchase a new opener. The work was done quickly. He had to move some things in the garage to do the work and replaced them exactly the way that I had them without a complaint. He went over everything with me and made sure that I understood everything. He was pleasant, professional, personal, and truly looked like he really enjoyed what he was doing. I was once again completely satisfied with the entire process, including the price. Should I need help with my door again, I won't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again. I couldn't be happier. They are an example of excellent customer service that could be an example for many! Thank you, again, Precision Garage Door!

Jason was very polite upon entering our home and greeting us. Once he did his assessment of what was going on he was very honest and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be corrected and/or replaced. I cancel my appointment because I got the garage door to work, but ask if they can set me up for a remote for the garage, the lady on the phone said yes, so the tech comes out, he didn't touch anything, not a thing and stated the unit was too old for a remote and charged me $49.00 for a service call, if he had touched something, to ensure the unit was old. then I would feel ripped off.

I told the tech to leave the old garage door opener but he took it anyway. There was nothing wrong with it but it mysteriously stopped working while he worked on repairing the rails. Then sold me a very expensive opener. I want my old one back. The new one jerks and squeaks when opening!

I was very pleased that I called early in the morning and was able to speak with someone as opposed to an answering machine. They were able to get a technician out in a couple of hours to fix my garage door. Walker came and was very professional. He explained what the problem was. He gave me several options. Tim from Precision installed a new garage door opener, new springs, and a new key pad. I called for service on Monday morning and Tim was here by mid-afternoon the same day. He checked the opener and the door hardware. We discussed the options and I decided to replace the old opener, etc. Tim is very knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressure to do any work beyond what was needed and no attempt to up sell new equipment. What he recommended was totally appropriate and he was able to complete the job within an hour. I can recommend Tim and Precision without any reservations.

Didn’t know who to call so read a bunch of reviews and chose your company. I couldn’t have hand picked a nicer technician and felt he was very knowledgeable about his profession and products. I did have culture shock when he showed me the prices but having not gotten estimates from other companies yours might not be out of line. I have had springs replaced in the past and the price was nothing like this. Again I can’t say enough good things about the technician but if I every need repairs again I will get at least 3 other estimates to see if yours are in line with others.

Precision called me to let me know that my technician, Jarrett, was running behind on another job and asked if it would be an inconvenience to have him come later than my scheduled appointment time. I had no plans so agreed to the new time. Jarrett was so kind and courteous. Upon arrival he explained what he was going to do. It was a big job and God Bless Him! He worked well into the night in order to complete the job. I even told him he could come back and finish another time and he said “no ma’am…. I signed up for this”. From the moment I contacted Precision until the new door when down, everyone was very professional and attentive. I contacted 5 companies and Precision was the only company who sent someone out to my house. The others offered quotes over the phone. I highly recommend Precision and would use them again in a heartbeat!

My spring on my garage door broke on Thursday. I called the door company we have used in the past. They informed me that they had a big job out of town and couldn’t get to me until Tuesday and would call Monday to let me know when they could come. No call on Monday so at 5.30 I called presission. They were there the next day and did a great job. Thank you

After a bad experience with a 'company' recommended by a friend, I decided to do some research and find someone to service our garage door that appeared to have solid recommendations on their web site, as well as other locations/social media. Precision came out on top. Your technician was professional, helpful, and went out of his way to thoroughly check our door and openers to make sure they are all functioning correctly. He even left me a can of lubricant spray and showed me where it needs to be used in the future.
