This company is fantastic. After 19 years we needed new garage door openers. My husband called after lunch and Adam was here at 5:00pm. He installed 2 new openers, rollers and a keypad in 2 and a half hours He adjusted our garage doors, now they go all the way down. He even programmed our cars. I felt bad keeping Adam in the evening but he did an excellent job. Loved the service and would highly recommend them.

Jason fixed my garage door that had a broken cable. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem and exactly what was needed to get my garage door working again. He went above and beyond by replacing some old screws to fortify the door. If I ever have any problems with the door in the future I will request Jason.

We are repeat customers due to the great customer service and work provided by Precision. Our garage door springs broke early in the morning, and I called Precision to hopefully have someone come out that day for repair. Of course they could! Jessica was the person who took my call and she was so pleasant and professional and was able to schedule a repair visit for that same morning. Derek was the technician who came to repair our door. He was so polite and professional and was very detailed in explaining and demonstrating what the issues were with our springs and other mechanisms. Within an hour, he had made the repairs and showed me what all he replaced and made sure he answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door needs.

Fantastic service, Dustin was able to come same day and quickly assessed the situation. Work was quick on the spring replacement and I was even able to replace my opener while he was here...after realizing it was 20 years old. Highly recommended if you need quick and expert service.

We had a broken door spring and called Precision late in the afternoon. A serviceman came within a few hours and worked late into the evening to get everything fixed. The serviceman, David Simpson, was polite, caring and knowledgeable, working in 25 degree weather at night. We are happy with the work, and the door works better that ever, even before the spring broke. The only reason we did not rate them five stars is the fact that they are quite pricey, the estimate was more than we expected. However we were given three options to choose from depending on how much we wanted upgraded, as it was a quite old door.

I was not happy with the garage door opener they installed. I told sales guy that we wanted one that would tell us when the door was opened or closed and Wifi. They did a great job installing the new door but the insulation of the opener and how it works not good at all

When my automatic garage door failed to open, I called Precision Door Services because they had provided excellent service on a prior visit. I was given a two-hour window in which to expect my service repair person. About half way into that "window", Jason called to let me know he was on his way, but, since he was on the other side of town, it would take him a while to get to my house. I appreciated that notification and the extra time wasn't a problem for me. I was pleased to discover that my technician was the same young man who had serviced my garage door before. He was very personable and efficient in his work. He also reminded me that I had a service warranty so the call would not cost me anything - nice surprise! I will definitely recommend Precision Door Service to all of my friends.

Our opener system was inspected and given a clean bill of health a few months ago by another vendor so I was surprised when there was a malfunction. Derek Mason conducted a thorough inspection and it became evident it was time for heavy but only necessary maintenance. New springs, cables, opener, etc. were in order. Trust the recomended system overhaul will provide many years of trouble free service. Thanks Derek Mason!

I had randomly picked Precision Garage Door a couple of years ago because they advertised 24/7 service. I was so pleased with their work, that it wasn't hard for me to call them when I had difficulty again. Once again, I was pleased beyond belief. First I was quickly able to schedule service that met my schedule (I work night shift). The technician (Joseph Long) was awesome! Called before he arrived, had a smile on his face when he arrived, went over EVERYTHING, and went over multiple options. My garage door was 25 years old, and even tho I decided to replace it, that was not the first thing offered. I was told what I could do to do only the necessary repairs. When I expressed interest in replacing it, I was given 3 options and the benefits of each were explained fully. I NEVER felt that I was pressured to purchase a new opener. The work was done quickly. He had to move some things in the garage to do the work and replaced them exactly the way that I had them without a complaint. He went over everything with me and made sure that I understood everything. He was pleasant, professional, personal, and truly looked like he really enjoyed what he was doing. I was once again completely satisfied with the entire process, including the price. Should I need help with my door again, I won't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again. I couldn't be happier.
