I chose Precision Garage Door because their ad said they were available on a. Clea Sunday. My service was Monday but that was fine. He arrived at 10 and located the problem right away. It was fixed and out within the hour. He even oiled our door. Cleaned up and took the trash. Thankful for this great service. I will use them again if needed, but I hope not. Maybe I should just recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Our technician, Jason, was great! He was very knowledgeable about all of the products and the repairs that needed done to our garage door and opener. We had a new opener installed along with several other repairs that needed made. He made the whole process easy and simple. We especially loved that he was able to do same day repairs instead of having to schedule another appointment after we received the estimate.

Tim Jr came to our house on a Sunday afternoon to look at a motor and chain that had given out. From the moment he rang the doorbell he was beyond professional, friendly, and kind. He took time to explain to me what he thought might be the issue as well as listen to my concerns and ramblings of what I thought it was. Once we decided on a path forward he quickly got to work SAME DAY and had a brand new motor and keypad installed in less than 2 hours. I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. I was given a 2 hour window of time when the repair person would arrive. He was actually early but had called to ask if it would be OK. Jason was very pleasant and courteous. He carefully explained what was wrong with my garage door opener (the spring was broken), gave me several options with clear explanations and completed the job in a timely manner. Afterwards, he again went over the charges and explained about the warranty. I liked that he gave me his business card in case I had any questions or needed further repairs.
