The tech, Gary, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He arrived just before the stated appointment time started after calling to say that he was on his way. He gave me options for the repair without doing a hard sell. The work was completed in good time, quicker than I anticipated. No mess was left behind. Would I use this company again? Yes, in a heartbeat! This is the type of employee than companies need to represent them.

Keypad was not working. Thought it was the bateries. It wasn't. Called yesterday and they came out today. Turns out the keypad was recalled. The guy removed the pad and put a new one on. Maybe 1/2 at the top?

Excellent Service, called for service late Saturday and had appointment for mid morning on Sunday. Our tech (Tim) was great, he explained all issues from start to finish. He checked out door and found issues that needed repaired / replaced then gave us options to choose from. When we decided everything was done before he left. Because the garage door broke at a time when it was critical that I get it repaired quickly- after regular business hours, of course, in retrospect I probably paid more than I should have for some elements of the 'repair' materials. Unfortunate that I did not have the luxury of doing research into need/cost of repair materials/components.

My service was exceptional and efficient. It was Sunday and my spring broke ( again). I had it replaced before by another company and actually was also replaced previously by another company before that. Tim Tomlinson Jr explained all options ( as my garage was put on 20 years ago). He was informative and provided options with a guarantee! I’d suggest him and this company to everyone! Please see receipt for all replacement parts.

This company is fantastic. After 19 years we needed new garage door openers. My husband called after lunch and Adam was here at 5:00pm. He installed 2 new openers, rollers and a keypad in 2 and a half hours He adjusted our garage doors, now they go all the way down. He even programmed our cars. I felt bad keeping Adam in the evening but he did an excellent job. Loved the service and would highly recommend them.

Jason fixed my garage door that had a broken cable. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem and exactly what was needed to get my garage door working again. He went above and beyond by replacing some old screws to fortify the door. If I ever have any problems with the door in the future I will request Jason.
