We are very satisfied with service from your company. It started with a well-prepared customer service rep taking time to understand our needs and get the right person to our house same day I called. Technician quickly diagnosed our inoperable door and proposed cost-effective solutions. Multiple problems were then physically resolved in a timely manner without replacing Genie opener or the door itself.

High integrity customer who doesn't like writing reviews like this. Tech arrived, inspected and recommended. I discussed my needs and desires with him. We needed springs, bearings. new bottom door seal and a new opener. Verbally quoted me $1300.00 After I picked myself up off the garage floor, I still needed this done. Approval to proceed was given. Work done to satisfaction, however the markup for the opener was outrageous and I spent $140 on a rubber strip that I helped install on the bottom of the door. Tech came to me with the final bill; $1479.00 So, enjoy the Bahamas or wherever you vacation. I called Precision hoping for highly intelligent diagnosis, and I received that, along with a charge that I feel was outlandish.

I discovered my garage door spring was broken late on Sunday. After sending out requests for estimates through Home Advisor and Angie's list, Precision Door Service was the first to call early Monday morning. They came out and replaced the spring within hours and for about half of what Home Advisor estimated. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service for this type of repair.

Precision Door came out, and the owner Jim installed our new garage door opener and motor. He was professional and on time. His work was thorough providing us with different options explaining things we would need to replace now and work we could do now but could address later. The work was done efficiently, and the installer was knowledgeable about explaining how everything worked. We were pleased with the work and would gladly have Jim and his company return. Precision garage door of Columbus Ohio did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener. My old one was 20+ years old and beginning to die. Did my own research and bought the Chamberlain Wi-Fi enabled model I wanted. Called around noon, receptionist was extremely courteous and took my information. Was scheduled that same day and technician Gary showed up less than two hours later. Tremendous service and timely manner. Gary was extremely professional and courteous and answered every question I had. He also told me some things I didn't know. He was so helpful, I could not have asked for anything better I hope I don't need them again any time soon but I guarantee I will call them if I have garage door issue. Once again thanks to precision and Gary.

Searched in Home Advisor and this company was the first to follow up.they assessed issue and gave me the options. Since Current system was ancient, I opted for new motor and controls. Tech had new equipment on truck And did the switch out on the spot. Tech came out within 24 hours of first calling them and door fixed within 2 hours (Had new parts on the truck already. They responded quickly and efficiently and won my business.

I called and a serviceman was at my home in about three hours. I thought it would be a repair, but I needed a new system. The garage door opener was 20 1/2 years old. Tom installed the new system. This is my first time using Precision and I would call them again.

I chose Precision after seeing their advertisement on TV and reviewing their reviews. The technician arrived on time, was respectful and knowledgeable about his craft. He cleaned up the area after completing the work. I am very satisfied with my garage door repair which is working like a new door. My experience with Precision, from making the appointment, on their chat line, about 12:00 a.m., to the technician was great. Everyone was professional. We needed to have a spring replace. Dustin came the same day and replace the spring very quickly. He was very friendly and professional. We have had replacing the door on our list to do. Dustin was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and we ended up ordering a new door. Will be back to update our experience once that has been installed.

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night at 10:30 PM. Saturday morning 9 AM looking through web pages I saw Precisions web site and was very impressed after watching their videos and reading helpful information that they shared there. Next when I called them at 9:30 AM Sat morning the person answering the phone put me at rest and instilled trust for me in the company. She gave me a window of time that they could be there today 2 to 4 or 2 to 6 I can not remember now but I said that would be so great. Now came the best part, Alex E called AT 2 PM and said he was on his way and would be there in about 15 minutes if that would be good for me. When he arrived he was so professional mask gloves and more. All I can say is that he is so truly good with older people. Also when he arrived he looked things over and gave me 3 estimates of what we could go with and let me pick the one I was comfortable with. Also showed the reason for the each of the estimates, my door is 17 years old. Alex E is the reason I am writing this review thank you for having great service people represent your company... I am so happy with the work he did and how nice of a young man was.
