Tim Jr. came out on 10/29/2020 and did a check on my garage door. He install a new garage door opener and checked everything else. Tim explained everything about the opener to us, he even programed the cars for us. A very pleasant young man. Thanks you for a job well done

Garage door caught back bumper of my car this morning!! Ugh!! Called Precision Garage Door talked to Olivia who set me up with a repair person. Tim was out within 2 hours because of damage to door we have to replace. Tim was able to get door to close for today, they will be out in morning to replace door and its hardware. Not happy with myself but I am very happy with the service provided by Precision Garage Door today. Thank you very much, Rush and Debby Fielding

Garage door repair-I thought for 1605dollars I should have gotten a new cross shaft for the springs instead of using old one. The tech put a reinforcement Brit on that he said he wouldn’t charge me for clearly he did 135.00. I don’t like surprises.

Terrific service. I called on a Sunday morning to have a broken garage door opener spring replaced. I was told someone would arrive between noon and 4. David C called prior and arrived a little after 1. The technician explained everything thoroughly. David C reminded me of one of my nephews - he was very personable and professional!

Technician quickly diagnosed our inoperable door and proposed cost-effective solutions. Multiple problems were then physically resolved in a timely manner without replacing Genie opener or the door itself.

High integrity customer who doesn't like writing reviews like this. Tech arrived, inspected and recommended. I discussed my needs and desires with him. We needed springs, bearings. new bottom door seal and a new opener. Verbally quoted me $1300.00 After I picked myself up off the garage floor, I still needed this done. Approval to proceed was given. Work done to satisfaction, however the markup for the opener was outrageous and I spent $140 on a rubber strip that I helped install on the bottom of the door. Tech came to me with the final bill; $1479.00 So, enjoy the Bahamas or wherever you vacation. I called Precision hoping for highly intelligent diagnosis, and I received that, along with a charge that I feel was outlandish.

I discovered my garage door spring was broken late on Sunday. After sending out requests for estimates through Home Advisor and Angie's list, Precision Door Service was the first to call early Monday morning. They came out and replaced the spring within hours and for about half of what Home Advisor estimated. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service for this type of repair.

His work was thorough providing us with different options explaining things we would need to replace now and work we could do now but could address later. Working w Precision Door is a dream come true. As far as I'm concerned there is no competition & there doesn't need to be. From step one they've been expedient, punctual, knowledgeable, personable, & our rep, Dustin, has been absolutely wonderful, explaining everything in great detail to make sure a less knowledgeable person, such as myself, understands, which I sooo appreciate! I also love how they try to send the same rep out to inspect & do the repair, if done separately, as was done for us. Dustin fixed our door in record time & it sounds so much better than it did before! He also let me do a trial run w everything including our garage door openers after to make sure it all worked, & it did beautifully. Their options for payment plans have also been so helpful in that we could go ahead & thankfully get this done. I truly thank Mr. Rapp, Dustin, the appointment setters, & everyone on this truly amazing, winning team. Sorry for the length of this but it's needed to outline all the fantastic features of this company & it's workers. Kudos & gratitude to you all! ????
