The service tech was on time. He explained all that he would have to do and let me know the breakdown on the cost. He was courteous and professional. The bar and springs were replaced in a timely manner. The main thing, it was great customer and repair service provided by Walker.

All my contact with Precision was just great from the 1st time to the time the technician(Tyler) left after completing the job. The live chat feature is great also. Very good experience! Matt explained exactly what I needed and finished everything the same day. He then showed me all that he replaced and repaired. I was very impressed with Matt and how professional and quickly the job was completed. Very stress free!!

Dustin came out to my home today and he was absolutely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I know customer service being in the filed for over 25 years and He is the epitome of Customer Service. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to have that these days and in the time that we are living in. he gave me nothing but great service and information and I look forward to him servicing my garage in the near future.

I called Precision at 10:30am and they sent a technician out the same day within 3 hours. Jesse Burns the tech was knowledgeable. He work fast and at the end he explained how everything worked and he programed all the openers for me. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family.

Bad experience…. One of our springs broke but the door was still working. I called the night before so we could be on the schedule the next day. Talked to someone about the cost and she told me depending on the spring $65-118 each installed. When the tech showed up it was not the tech I was told or the tech in the email. After he looked at my door, he gave us three quotes. $520, $960 and $1500. The door is not that old and should not need a complete rebuild. Told the tech we are going to get another quote and he said that will be $49.95 for the service call unless we have work done. We then asked him to just do the springs. Looking at the invoice he charged $120 per spring plus a $20 fleet transportation fee???? Total $278.20 when we tried to use the $15 off coupon from the website he said he could not take it because he gave us a good deal and upgraded our springs. This is not a company I will be recommending and I think it awful how they are out to sell something you don’t need. They are not a company that is in your best interest. Stay away….

I called at 3:30pm to schedule a service call for my broken garage door. I was expecting at least a day to get someone out, but Kayne was to the house by 4pm and we had a beautiful new door installed less than 24 hours later! Everything needed to be replaced except for the door. Kayne was the technician. He was very knowledgeable. He explained clearly the problems so that I could choose the best solution. On completion, he showed me all of the new parts and explained how to operate the equipment. I’m very pleased. I would recommend Precision Door to family, friends and neighbors. Working w Precision Door is a dream come true. As far as I'm concerned there is no competition & there doesn't need to be. From step one they've been expedient, punctual, knowledgeable, personable, & our rep, Dustin, has been absolutely wonderful, explaining everything in great detail to make sure a less knowledgeable person, such as myself, understands, which I sooo appreciate! I also love how they try to send the same rep out to inspect & do the repair, if done separately, as was done for us. Dustin fixed our door in record time & it sounds so much better than it did before! He also let me do a trial run w everything including our garage door openers after to make sure it all worked, & it did beautifully. Their options for payment plans have also been so helpful in that we could go ahead & thankfully get this done. I truly thank Mr. Rapp, Dustin, the appointment setters, & everyone on this truly amazing, winning team. Sorry for the length of this but it's needed to outline all the fantastic features of this company & it's workers. Kudos & gratitude to you all! ????

Tim Jr. came out on 10/29/2020 and did a check on my garage door. He install a new garage door opener and checked everything else. Tim explained everything about the opener to us, he even programed the cars for us. A very pleasant young man. Thanks you for a job well done

AMAZING.. We See the ads on fox 28 every morning and looked like a good company for an emergency repair if needed. low and behold, boom. spring broke. called Precision and talked with a very nice lady and she said she could have someone here within a couple hours. Five minutes later, got a call from a tech named Payton who said he was on his way. the professionalism was great from the start. nice van, clearly marked and Payton had the uniform to boot. we felt comfortable right away. he was masked and very respectful with our floors and 3 dogs. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable of what he was here to address. gave us a quote and estimated time to repair garage door. suggested additional parts as a recomendation, (not pressure sales) we took his advice and added a couple more things from an obviously experienced garage door specialist.we will gladly share our experience with everyone. GREAT WORK PEOPLE
