I was very pleased with the professionalism of the gentleman that came out to our home. He was very polite and easy to talk to. I thought the light on our opener was staying on. The tech didn’t know anything about it. He said since it was a Craftsman he couldn’t do anything and I would have to utube it. Your techs came out before and did minor corrections on the system. I was not happy.

Precision Overhead Garage Door did NOT disappoint! I experienced excellent customer service and highly skilled installation of my garage doors! The representative came out to my house the next day after visiting the website to give me an estimate. Megan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of being at my house. She scheduled installation for the following week. Jeff (the installer) gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to getting to my house. He did an excellent job installing my garage doors, was very friendly, and reviewed how to use the openers upon finishing the job. I cannot recommend this company enough! I had been through two other garage door companies that either sent out unprofessional representatives, or never even called me back. Precision will provide excellent service!

I have used Precision Garage Doors on several occasions now. The technician has always been Matt Eberly. He is always professional and quite knowledgeable on the issue at hand. On a prior visit he advised on changing the springs on the door and I figured it was still working. Well, he was right, because the spring just wore out and I just replaced it. Excellent service always. Great professional, great company.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from the Technician Dave. Dave was very professional and understood my concern and urgency to have the garage door repaired. I just purchased a new vehicle two days ago and was very concerned about not being able to close the garage door. Dave took the time to examine the door and provided three estimates for me to choose. I selected the less expensive option because where I reside I rent and all repairs are covered. However, this being a weekend and holiday maintenance could not come out. Dave,knew I was concerned that I was hoping that door would operate safely and not cause any harm to me or my car. Dave, assured me that the repairs he was about to do would be the best and that I should not be afraid to use the garage door. Thank you so much Dave for being understanding and easing my mind. I certainly will let everyone know that if they need a garage door or repair to call Precision Garage.

I chose Precision to handle my minor automatic garage door issue because they are the one that not only installed MY opener in my condo, but installed the one in my nearby sister's garage, too. "Dan" came within the 2 hour appointment window (on a Sunday!) as scheduled, quickly fixed the issue, and fixed a couple of other minor things with the opener. We also had a very friendly time talking about my favorite soccer team, the CREW! I will definitely contact Precision again for any issues I have with both my garage door opener and my sister's. 5 stars FOR SURE!

The bracket connecting my garage door to the opener broke on a Saturday morning. I called Precision and was pleased to hear that they could schedule an appointment the same day. Daniel arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He inspected every component of the garage door before explaining all of the issues that he discovered during his inspection. Our door was installed 15 years ago. Daniel pointed out the components, which were failing after fifteen years of use, that contributed to the bracket failure (worn springs, leaking bearings & rusty rollers). Daniel provided us with a number of options and their respective costs. He explained each option thoroughly. The options ranged from a replacement of the bracket, that did not address the underlying causes of its failure, all the way up to an option that would return the operation fo the door to “like new condition,” which would provide us with many years of worry free use. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He cleaned up after completing the work and removed all of the parts that were replaced. We became aware of Precision after viewing one of their TV commercials and coincidentally passing their location near our home immediately prior to the failure of the bracket. While we are confident that we will not require their services in the near future, based on the quality of the work performed by Daniel, we will not hesitate to call them should we require any maintenance. We will recommend their services to our friends and neighbors.

Gary was amazing! We've been in our new build for 3 years and of course the builders used the cheapest materials possible. He walked us through what failed and what to replace now so we don't run into more expensive problems in the future. He fixed our spring in under 45 minutes. I was also amazed that I called this morning to book an appointment and Gary was at my house by 2:30. We will be recommending you guys to all of our neighbors going forward!
