I called on you because you were close and I recognized the name. Carlos was very professional and explained things well. The installation looks very good and neat. Everything works well. Aside from the expense I'm very satisfied. Home ownership can be expensive.

Precision did a great job with my garage door repair. The technician (Trevor) was amazing and very thorough in detailing all of the parts that needed to be replaced, and I really appreciate how quickly he was able to install new springs, ball bearings, shaft, as well as identifying an issue with my gear and sprocket set. Thank you!

I have a issue with my garage door not closing tight on the left and right sides of the door. When the wind blew the door would move back and forth allowing air into the garage. This was a problem because I heat my garage at times. Mike came out and changed the L- brackets on the two sides to adjustable L-brackets. After he finished, the garage door then closed up 100% better ! Now when then wind is blowing against the door, air is NOT coming in. ( the old brackets had rivets in them, that had to be drilled out before installing the new brackets !! ) Mike done a GREAT JOB, thank you !!!

I called at 3:40 on a Friday. One of the springs on my overhead garage door broke. Since it is Easter weekend I wasn’t expecting service until Monday. However they had time today and my tech was here by 4:30 and garage fixed and working before 5!! Matt was my tech and he was very courteous, friendly and professional. I was impressed with all aspects.

I had a garage door opener that was circa 1970. Complete failure and need of replacement. Of course on a Sunday. David was my technician and he was fantastic. I had my call returned, service scheduled and David was on-site BEFORE I received any returned calls from other potential purveyors. WOW! I am still not used to the quiet operation of my new opener (in contrast to the Army Tank-like sounds of my old one!) David is fantastic.

I believe my installers name was Mike. He was extremely courteous and professional. He not only installed my new garage door opener, but he also lubricated and adjusted my door to eliminate unnecessary squeaks and groans. I watched the whole process and was impressed with his expedience. He obviously was very knowledgeable about his trade. Thank you, Mike

I am beyond thrilled with the experience I had using Precision Garage Door service this past week! Johnny S. was absolutely tremendous and very knowledgeable with the repairs my garage door needed. He was professional, arrived on time, and was very respectful of my home. Johnny genuinely seems to care about the customer and the quality of work he does; I was thoroughly impressed by him. Johnny was so kind and patient in helping me figure out the best approach of repairing what was needed that day while keeping it at a price I felt comfortable with. Overall pricing was very fair and the repair was completed same-day, which was beyond convenient! Even though I anticipate my garage door to be in great working order for some time, I would 100% use Precision Garage Door service again. I also love that they give back to the community-keep up the amazing work and doing what you’re doing!!
