Tim Jr came to our house on a Sunday afternoon to look at a motor and chain that had given out. From the moment he rang the doorbell he was beyond professional, friendly, and kind. He took time to explain to me what he thought might be the issue as well as listen to my concerns and ramblings of what I thought it was. Once we decided on a path forward he quickly got to work SAME DAY and had a brand new motor and keypad installed in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision and Tim Jr. And if you find yourself in his company count yourself lucky and in great hands

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. I was given a 2 hour window of time when the repair person would arrive. He was actually early but had called to ask if it would be OK. Jason was very pleasant and courteous. He carefully explained what was wrong with my garage door opener (the spring was broken), gave me several options with clear explanations and completed the job in a timely manner. Afterwards, he again went over the charges and explained about the warranty. I liked that he gave me his business card in case I had any questions or needed further repairs.

I just wanted to provide feedback related to my experience in repair/replacement of my door springs. My technician, Dustin K., was very knowledgeable, mannerable, considerate and professional. I appreciated his customer service and willing to accommodate our needs to assure our service was extraordinary. He's definitely a 5 star service technician (but I would give him 10 if the rating scale offered)! Thank you Precision of Columbus and a huge thank you to Dustin! He was extraordinary!

A torsion spring broke on our garage door and the pricing to replace it was comparable to buying springs and doing it myself. That value was enough to tip me towards paying for service (which I've yet to do as an adult - I'm 35). The experience was outstanding. A gentleman (Dustin) roughly my age came by and gave me an exact quote that was reasonable. It was very apparent that he knew what he was doing, he was amicable and friendly, and he did the work on the spot and quickly. What pushed me towards this specific company was their years of experience, and where the other vendors looked to have less than ten, they tote over twenty. Should someone ask for a recommendation for a garage door or repair, I wouldn't shy away from recommending them (and Dustin in particular - my experience with him in whole was outstanding). I appreciate good business, and this was good business.

Gary did a great job on our garage door and was very helpful in explaining reasons that he recommended other door parts be repaired other than just replacing the single spring. It was a "you may be calling me in the future to take care of it if you don't do it now." Gary saw my tools in the garage and even suggested that some of the repairs he was doing that I could just do myself to save money. I observed the whole process of his work and maybe on the other garage doors I could do some of that work, but I'm sure I will just call Precision again and let the experts take care of things.

We had a cable break on our garage door the evening on Tuesday 4/26 we called Precision Garage Door (we have used before) got apt.set for next morning at 8am..service tech Tim Tomlinson was here at about 8:10am and completed the service and was gone before 8:45…replaced 2cables and adjusted the door all under warranty we purchased back in 2005 from them…Outstanding company with very professional staff

I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon when my garage door would not open. With a couple of hours Derek was in my driveway! He explained the other things that were going bad on a 33 yr old door and stated that they weren't critical at that time but I elected to have them done to avoid my vehicle being stranded again in the future. To my surprise, he was able to do them right then and there - on a Sunday no less! I did not realize just how bad the rollers, cables, hinges, etc. were on that door until he was finished and it's SO quiet and works so well that I am glad I found Precision.

He very quickly diagnosed the issues with my garage door,fully explained my options,and took the time to speak to my son on the phone to explain to him what needed to be done. That gesture was very important to a senior citizen. I had options to decide on,no pressure,just the facts. The work was finished in a timely,professional manner. Our technician, Jason, was great! He was very knowledgeable about all of the products and the repairs that needed done to our garage door and opener. We had a new opener installed along with several other repairs that needed made. He made the whole process easy and simple. We especially loved that he was able to do same day repairs instead of having to schedule another appointment after we received the estimate.
