Alana came out to do a quote on a new door, parts, tracks, and opener...She was extraordinarily thorough and patient. She laid out 4 different options for us to look at and we couldnt be happier with our decision. Bought it on the spot based on Alana's customer service... She is an asset to your company!

I heard about Precision from advertisements on television and radio adds. When the tech David arrived, I identified the issue we were having. David did a thorough examination of our garage door and identified the work that was needed. David was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. This company is the best! I have used them twice, the first time was on a Sunday when the spring broke on my garage door and of course my vehicle was trapped inside, what else? They were there to fix the spring - on a weekend - very quickly! This time was no emergency and they were still there quickly. The tech was knowledgeable and very informative and he checked the entire opener and door and even lubed what was needed. Precision is my go-to garage door company for certain.

I think the technician I met with was David. He came and spend close to an hour assessing the situation of my "hopeless" garage door. Quite old and neglected. After the time spend, he had two suggestions. 1. For around $700-$800 he could give the poor thing a bandaid and it might work for a few more months. Option 2. Remove the tracks, rollers, door and all existing hardware and install a new door. I went with that. Cost I believe to be reasonable and door has been ordered. Let's review again after installation. Thank you for your service. David was clean cut, honest, and knew his business.

Precision installed my door a few months back but I opted to keep my old opener. Well it quit working over the weekend and I reached out to schedule a service call. I love that I can schedule online but I love that I was able to get next day service even more! Andrew was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work installing the new opener. He even helped me try to get the neighbor’s dog back inside. Definitely a Precision Garage Door customer for life.
