I requested service online and received a call almost immediately. A service technician (David Simpson) responded ahead of schedule. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. David inspected the door, made a few recommendations and repaired the door per my request. He also gave me some tips on the upkeep of garage doors. Everyone I spoke with was kind, understanding, and Ashley was able to get someone out to us on the same day. When Johnny arrived, he got the door working again quickly. Not only did he thoroughly explain what was needed, but he also gave us an estimate that was easy to understand. We were very impressed, and grateful, that Ashley, Johnny, and Ead were able to help us so quickly. When my garage door stopped working, Precision was there the next day. The technician was great. He didn't just tell me what was broken- he showed me. Gave me a number of options to save money. Replaced our 32-year-old motor, changed the springs, fixed some broken hinges. The door is now so quiet and smooth we are shocked. It has NEVER been this quiet. Our dog always wakes up when I open and close the garage door to leave in the morning. She slept right through this morning.

The whole process from the start was very easy. Tom was my scheduled technician. He called soon after my initial call to Precision. He gave me an estimated time, and arrived a few minutes early. Columbus was on a level 2 snow emergency which Precision still made the appointment without issues. Tom was very professional and explained several options for me to choose from. He gave me an estimated time to finish which he was accurate on. Excellent workmanship. Door works much better and quieter than before. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing Garage door service.

Kayne called ahead and arrived on time. He was very courteous and we appreciated that he asked about wearing a mask. After inspection he gave us three options for the repair. We chose to have him refurbish the current door. He explained a double car door like ours needed two springs and we only had one. He installed two new springs, bearings, hinges, rollers, cable, drums, a new operator reinforcement bracket and adjusted the door opener stops. Afterwards he explained everything he did and showed us the operation of the door. It works like a new door! We are very pleased with Precision and especially Kayne's professional appearance and friendly demeanor. We will definitely use your services again.

We called Precision after our garage door spring snapped. They sent out a technician the day of to fix the door. Tim showed up at our house and was extremely friendly and easy to work with. It was not cheap but Tim did a great job and replaced the spring. I would highly recommend Precision based on the phenomenal customer service we received. Thanks!

I saw your advertisements on TV and when the spring on my garage door broke last night, I called Precision. A very nice lady scheduled me for a repair this morning between the hours of 8 and 12. Shortly after 8 a.m., I received a call from Jonathon stating that he would be arriving within 25 minutes. He was very professional upon his arrival and checked the door thoroughly. The rollers and spring had definitely lasted past the warranty. He gave me 3 options and explained them very well. I will recommend your service to my friends!

I learned that my garage door would not close at around 7:30Am. Called Precision and my door was fixed and working before 10:30 Am the same day. That is what I call customer service. The tech explained what had to be done, and gave me what I determined to be good alternatives. After making my selection he was done within an hour. I'll be using Precision in the future.

This company is the very best!! They were able to get to our home the very same day we called. Since we had an older spring system that needed special parts, we opted to replace it. He got it done in about 90 minutes. Very nice and very professional. Will definitely use them again if our other older door breaks. We highly recommend Precision!!

Precision initially installed our replacement double door garage opener. This year we had problems with the door opening periodically like someone had our passcode/ frequency, etc.. In addition, our inside door opener pad would not operate on a consistent basis. Our Techician Derek Mason was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our whole system out and no obvious answer to our problem. However, he took the extra time out to look further into the inside wall contol unit and located a couple of wires somewhat loose. He tightened them up, and it's been almost a month now, and we haven't had any problems with the unit since. He gave us some additional tips as well. Thank You Derek.

The technician that was sent to inspect my garage door was Michael Bowman and he did an excellent job to explain what needed done and he then he stayed and did the work. I wish all technicians or repair personnel would be as profession as he was. If I would have any problems I will ask for him
