I needed my garage door spring replaced as soon as practical. I looked in the yellow pages for a company in Dublin area where I live. That is where I found Precision Door Service Company. I was told that a repairman wold arrive between 8pm and 10pm the same day. Gary arrived at 8:15pm. He was very professional and efficient. He completed the job in less than 1 hour. While I thought the repair was somewhat expensive I am glad I contacted Precision to do the repair. I would recommend Precision Door Service to others. Thus I am giving you five stars. We had a cable break on our garage door at 6PM and the car was trapped inside. I called and Gary arrived at 10PM. He was very professional and completed repair in 90 minutes. Also he lubed all the guide wheels and adjusted the opener. I would highly recommend and will use again.

The technician Jim Folmar was really great. He called ahead to let me know what time he was coming and arrived on time. He was very knowledgable and explained my options. He did a really good job and know my garage door opens much better than before. He even offered to help jump start my SUV because we found the battery was dead and could not move it inside the garage. I would recommend him and your company. If I could make one recommendation with regards to your website, is that I wish it listed the service call fee which would be very helpful. Thanks again for the great work.

Door cable broke on one side and roller wheels out of line. Called at 8:30am, told he would be here between 2p-4p. Tim was there right at 2pm! Very professional, knowledgeable and showed me everything he did and the parts he replaced. All said and done, door was fixed and works better than it ever has. Parts a little pricey, but had a different company out less than a year ago who didn't even see the problem!!! Well worth the money I spent with Precision! You get what you pay for! Thanks guys!

Eric came on time and did an excellent job of installing the new opener. He is very knowledgeable with the product and made sure my wife and I fully understood all aspects of its operation. He cleaned up, removed all waste material and was complete within two hours. I would certainly request Eric for any future work on the door.
