Our tec was amazing. Diagnosed issue( motor ) was fried from lightning surge. Educated about the correct light bulb ( not led) on the opener . This caused connection issues with our car openers! Who new!! Great job ! Would recommend to all! Dan Jones

Robert Cremeans was the technician that not repaired the garage wheel and track issue, he also graciously tightened the chains on my garage door opener.

Rob from Precision Garage Door of Columbus came to our house on Sunday and replaced our garage door opener. He did a great job, and everything works wonderfully. I highly recommend Precision Garage door for all of your garage door needs. Thanks Rob!

Rob did an excellent job working on our garage door-explained what the problem was and what he planned to do-at this point the door is quieter and it appears the problem has been corrected.
