My wife saw an ad (Print or television, unsure) and the online reviews were very good. I just wanted somebody to come out to do a garage door “tune-up”. Tim the technician arrived promptly at the promised time, lubricated the mechanism components and definitely made the garage door opening/closing much quieter. I’ll definitely contact Precision again if I need garage door service!

We were having issues with the open and close of our door. Your technician, Gary, arrived precisely on time and immediately began working. We were pleased that he couldn't find anything wrong except maybe some grass blocking the lenses and did not charge us for his inconvenience in coming out with nothing to repair. Our garage door was not closing correctly so we called Precision Door to address. Mohammad came out to look over the issues. He was very polite and explained all the issues with the mechanical systems and how replacing the parts would make the door operate smoothly. Once the work was completed the door slides easily and is very quiet while operating.

I chose Precision today because they had installed all new parts in 2021. The technician explained what was needed to fix the problem today and recommended changing other parts that were showing wear! He explained this was not necessary but would be soon, I chose to have it done and am very satisfied! Joe was polite and personable!
