Called and received service the same day. Everyone was friendly and professional, from Danielle who called me to set up the appt. to Dustin who came out and replaced our garage door opener. Dustin did a great job, explained the problem, gave me options andinstalled a new garage door opener. When he was finished he took the time to explain how everything worked and answered all my questions. I was very happy to have such quick service and I appreciated how nice everyone was to work with.

I am so happy we chose Precision for our new garage door. Everything went flawlessly. Ead, who came to give us our new door estimate, was prompt, friendly and professional. The price was great for the size door we needed, so we yes on the spot. Our appointment was set for one week later. I had a question about our service, so I contacted customer service via email, and Liz was excellent as well. Colin installed our door, and just like Ead and Liz, he was very friendly, prompt and professional. He cleaned up the area after he was done, and the door looks amazing! I have used Precision in the Akron area in the past. I’m now living in the Columbus area. When my garage door opener failed on a recent Saturday, I called them. They sent out crew to my house a couple of hours after my call. The technicians installed a new garage door opener and spring system. I was very pleased with the crew’s work and professionalism. We always shop local, and Precision was our first choice, on a FRIDAY! The call was handled professionally and with patient assistance. Next morning service was arranged. Ead's service was considerate, patient, and thorough. The inspection of our prior system was efficient, an explanation was accompanied by a photo of the problem. Options were presented without pressure, and a whole new system installed in 3 hours.

I was very pleased with Technician Dustin's knowledge, effectiveness , and courtesy while installing our new Lift Master garage door opener and replacement nylon rollers. I felt the technician , Tom, did an outstanding job repairing my broken garage door spring by replacing both springs with the better quality springs, and giving the door a full needed tune up to include new torsion cables, ball bearing flanges, new rollers, plus checked the whole door system for problems. I felt he was very knowledgeable took pride in doing top quality work and represented the company well. I would recommend this company for your garage door needs and repairs. they happened to be across the street when the spring broke on the garage door with my car trapped inside. I called the company and they sent the repairman across the street to me and it was fixed within 1.5 hours. Great service and explanations. Will definitely use them again.

Our garage door broke on a Saturday of course. We called our regular garage door service company but no answer. I googled garage door companies in Westerville and precision came up. I read reviews and they were very good. I called the company hoping I could get someone out within a few days and was pleasantly surprised that a technician could come out on Sunday at no extra weekend fee. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Unfortunately because our unit was 23 years old we needed a new opener. Tim went right to work and was done in no time. He was kind and friendly and fast. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Precision to anyone with a garage door issue.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!! This time our garage door wouldn't stay down, I call as soon as this happened around 8am and they literally gave me a 10am to noon time frame for service!! That is just unheard of today and fantastic!! Chris W our technician actually arrived 30 min earlier...incredible service. I was thinking the worst that maybe we would need to replace the door opener and maybe even break down and replace our older heavy garage door when in fact, Chris was honest and told us our older equipment was still in great shape and that all we needed was a slight opener adjustment. I can't tell you how much we appreciated his honesty, not trying to sell us something we didn't need and the fact that we only needed the adjustment. This is probably the 4th time in approximately 7-8 years we have needed Precision's help and we have always gotten quick, professional and great service. Their phone number is right in our garage by the inside garage opener so I always know where to find them. Thank you all again for a problem solved efficiently, fast and so professional!!

Great experience, I had previously called another company to solve our garage door issue and they were unable to do anything, Precision technician instead solved the problem, did not charge us an astronomical fee, came on time, called us 15 minutes before arriving, and, very important, the appointment was for 6 pm at night, which allowed me not to miss work. I definitively recommend this company.

I Googled garage door repair then went to the Precision site to review. I called the company at 9am because our garage door spring cable snapped and the technician was at our home by 9:15. It took about one hour to repair and based upon the response and quality service provided I will call Precision again when the second of of our three spring door cables needs replacing
