I ordered a new garage door with window panels, when the door was installed I realized that the window panel was omitted. So, it had to be ordered and 2 more weeks wait time. The door is also not level and has to be adjusted, which I noticed after the installer had left. I also had a new opener installed, which works fine.

I called Precision on Sunday afternoon and explained what was going on with our garage door, the lady I talked to was extremely nice and gave me an appointment for the following day. Dustin was our technician, he called me 30 minutes before arriving at my home to let me know he was on his way, Dustin checked out the door and told us what was needed, he installed a new spring and replaced the rollers, he was very professional, friendly and did a great job. I will definitely call Precision again should we need garage door repair and I highly recommend them.

Great service from start to finish. Called one afternoon for assistance with an apparent broken garage door spring. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The Technician (Dave) called approximately 15 minutes before arrival to advise he was on his way. He then arrived promptly, was very courteous with great insight and expertise. My experience with Precision Door Service has been exceptional. I called them because my "recommended" service company could not come out to fix my garage door for 5 days. Precision took my call immediately, was very polite, and had my service scheduled within hours. Tim arrived early and diagnosed my problem immediately. His truck was stocked and he got to work right away. The repair was quick, thorough, and the garage was clean when he was finished. Job well done!

Setting up the appointment was easy. No long wait on the phone and very nice lady the rep who was able to accommodate us with the schedule. Alex was the tech who worked on our garage doors. I Googled garage door repair then went to the Precision site to review. I called the company at 9am because our garage door spring cable snapped and the technician was at our home by 9:15. It took about one hour to repair and based upon the response and quality service provided I will call Precision again when the second of of our three spring door cables needs replacing
