I had another local company repair my broken garage door springs since 2008 in a new build. Since that time I have had four broken springs which I thought was unusual. After researching and talking to neighbors this didn't sound normal so I decided to have another company look at my problem. I found Precision Door from an internet search and read about the 25 point inspection and same day service. I called and they came out within 3 hours. Eric took the time to explain to me why the springs kept breaking and also noticed some of the hinges were cracked and one completely broke. Not to mention some bearings were wearing out. At no time did the other company mention nor looked at these other main components, they replaced the spring and left. I feel confident now that this garage door is fixed right this time and even have a 3 year warranty on parts. I would definitely recommend Precision Door if you want it done right the first time with qualified technicians.

Tim came to our rescue on the coldest day of the year after a garage spring break. Four hours later he had replaced our previous opner with a new belt drive, repaired the springs, replaced the keyless entry system and the in-garage control and programned three remotes! I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision. Our garage door spring broke the day after Christmas, and I was able to contact Precision and make an appointment for the next day. John, the service technician, arrived within 15 minutes of the start of the appointment window (they provided a two hour window), reviewed the situation (he seemed very knowledgeable), replaced the springs and serviced the door. All within about half an hour of arrival. And the price was quite reasonable for the products and service provided. I will continue to use Precision for all future garage door needs, and would highly recommend them to others.
