Tom A. Palmer was my Technician, I needed a new garage door opener, he explain the differences in the opener models and answered my numerous questions. I new my garage door had a broken hinge that needed replaced, he pointed out two other hinges that had stress cracks in them, so I had those replaced also. He inspected the garage door and installed the new opener, and programed the two remotes & outside keyless pad. Very happy with the work that Tom did, and would recommend Tom & Precision for your garage door/opener needs.

My garage door began acting erratic on a Sunday morning. I decided to call Precision Door, looked up their number thinking I would give them a call first thing Monday morning. A spring broke very late on a Friday night. We called Saturday morning for a repair and it was scheduled for later that same day. It was wonderful to be able to have service on a Saturday with no extra fee. We had used Precision before and had parts under warranty. Precision honored the warranty and we merely had to pay the service call fee. David S was able to arrive early and was quick with the repair. He was personable, professional and just super awesome. Would recommend David S. and Precision.
