I was able to set the appointment for same day service which was very convenient. I had been having issues with the garage door opening smoothly for quite some time and two other companies had been unable to resolve the problem. The tech listened to my descriptions before testing the door so he could know better what to watch for as he tested the door (the issue was sporadic but problematic.) He found a few problems pretty fast and was able to make adjustments as well as replace some parts needed. I was very happy he had everything he needed with him; there was no added waiting time for parts. Everything was done in under two hours. Fast and VERY friendly service. The issues seem to be resolved and if for some reason they aren’t I have the added comfort of a warranty. I’m very pleased with Precision Door.????

It was a rocky start to say the least. My order was confused with an order in Arkansas. In the end, the technician was great, the service was wonderful, the management stood by an over-the-phone quote for pricing that was well below what it should have been. The technician was polite, explained everything, worked on my behalf and didn't leave until I was 100% satisfied. I cannot help but recommend a team that worked so hard and went above and beyond expectations to treat me more than fairly.

We had trouble with our remote initially, but since our motors were 18 years old, we decided to replace those and get new rollers as well as the outside remote panel. Jason Otero came out the same day I called and he did a terrific job giving me my options and explaining the benefits. Once I made a decision, he installed everything the same day and did a great job. He was professional, informative, did a quality job and cleaned up everything afterwards. He also gave me his card in case I had any follow-up questions. I am very happy with Precision and especially with the work of Jason Otero. Thank you all.

Service techs (Dave and Dave) were excellent. Got here early on a Saturday, gave multiple repair options and zero pressure. Replaced two springs, bearings, and a few brackets and door works great! My only complaint is the price - I went with the lowest price option and it was $1200…seems pricey for two hours of work using basic parts. Two average springs for $300 each? 4 hinges at $25 each (I can buy these at Wal Mart for about $6/each)? End bearing plates - 2 at $120 each? I guess I was thinking it would be around half of that but next time I will get a second opinion. My suggestion would be to use this company if you need quick service but if you have the time explore other options.

My door was not working at 100%. Matt E. inspected the door and explained three service options. He quickly replaced the worn door hardware, the springs and lubricated all the hardware on the door. When he finished the door was running smoothly and in good balance. Matt is a true professional in doing his work.

I have used Precision several times over the years and when my garage door spring broke I called them to fix the problem. They were able to come out the same day and completed the repairs. The technician was polite and was able to explain what needed to be repaired or replaced, and having the parts on hand, made the replacements. I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them for any garage door issues one would have.
