Bottom Line - Adam H did a great job. I called Precision at 11 AM with both cars stuck in the garage and Adam arrived at 1:30. Slightly over an hour later he had replaced the old ( 5 years and 2 months old) Torquemaster that had failed with a new tested torsion spring system. I also upgraded the rollers to the sealed bearing design and he eliminated the noise that the original installer was unable to fix. Very professional and efficient.

I expected to be charged more for the components than I could buy them for myself but $165.00 for a keypad i can buy anywhere for $45 I thought was bit excessive. And to pay $1200.00 for a basic door opener install was a bit pricey and most of the bolts on the hanger weren’t even tightened down . I don’t think you’ll be putting in my next opener.

We were having trouble closing our garage door. We called late in the day but someone was out the very next morning. Matt Eberly was our technician. He was well groomed, pleasant and very capable. When you are letting someone into your home those things mean a lot. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair quickly.

Precision Door Service came out on a Sunday and repaired our garage door. Tom T. did excellent job was very thorough and knowledgeable on evaluating our entire overhead garage door before repairing the door. Tom when over everything the door needed with me, to get my approval on what should be repaired. He also quoted me a price at this time. There was no pressure at all. Precision replaced the following items on our garage door, new cables, rollers, torsion wheel bearings, adjusted our door. I give Tom T. 5 star rating. He worked very hard on the garage door repair. (32 years old) Tom T. was very professional, polite and respectful. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and TomT.

I was VERY impressed with Johnny’s service this morning. He called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable, kind, professional with a great sense of humor. during a power outage 2 weeks ago, i had to manually unlock my overhead garage door in order to get out. somehow, i broke/lost the spring to re-engage the opener. i immediately called precision door service. they young lady i spoke to was able to get my service call scheduled for the very next morning. my problem was quickly diagnosed, and a solution was explained to me. i was very impressed when the technicians said he could be fixed that very day. about an hour and a half later, i had a new, fully functioning garage door opener! to say i was very impressed would be an understatement. i highly recommend precision for any of your garage door needs. bob cunicella

Tom just left my house and was the nicest guy. Seriously, I couldn’t have asked for better service or company on a quiet day. When I called Precision Garage Door to schedule an appointment Chelsea was very helpful, understanding, and accommodating to my schedule. The technician Walker was great. He answered my questions I felt comfortable that he was knowledgeable and that I would get quality work from him. He gave me estimates on two options to repair my garage door and offered different ways to pay. Items that were removed were taken to be recycled. The option I choose has a 5-year warranty which sweetened the deal.
