I just wanted to give a big shout out to David Morgan. Not only was he early to the appointment but his customer service and personable demeanor was next level. The original call was to fix a broken spring, and he did quickly, but he also gave me a heads up on what services could be right around the corner considering the age of the garage door which I also appreciated. Thanks for the great service!!

Need service on a Saturday, booked online, tech was at my house in under 2 hours. I knew I'd need a new opener, he had everything on his truck that he needed to replace everything, and took the time to show me all the features, and set my new opener up to my WiFi. Tech was very professional, and installed everything in under 3 hours. My original opener was installed by a homeowner, and was not installed correctly, so it was almost like a new installation. Great job, great service! This is the 3rd time I've used this company, and they have never disappointed!

Talk about peace of mind - Kurt from Precision Garage Door just left after completing work on our garage door. It had a very loud screech every time it opened and closed. Pretty sure our neighbors one block over knew when we left the house and when we returned. Indeed it was a form of noise pollution. LOL. Our door will no longer wake them up in the morning or interrupt their TV viewing. (apologies) Seriously though. We are so happy with the repair that was done by Kurt. He performed the work in a quiet and timely fashion, and was meticulous about clean up. He provided an estimate in advance, explained the repair in detail, and found the solution to best work within our budget. Should have called Precision sooner. The stress a garage door can cause is crazy. It was a wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and would give them a 10 star rating if possible. Don't hesitate, give them a call to schedule an appointment. Thank you so much.

The tech arrived 90 minutes early. Usually this would be a plus, but both my wife were unavailable until the tech and my wife arrived simultaniously. We were in a frenzy to put the dogs away, get our vehicles parked and engage the tech. WHEW!

We're in the process of getting estimates for replacement of our old garage door and opener at this time. We would like to get at least two more estimates for the job from at least two more companies before we make our final decision. Your representative, Jeff Johnson, was very helpful and thorough and provided complete estimates complete with photos for two types of garage doors with different R values. We will keep you in mind and inform of our decision, hopefully, by the end of this week.

Our garage door springs broke at lunchtime and Precision was able to get someone out by 4:30 pm on the same day. Joe did a tremendous job in replacing our springs/bearings for our garage door. He did a great job of explaining everything and completed the job quickly. Joe was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. We were traveling all day Friday and arrived home around 9pm. I closed the garage door and there was a loud crash as the spring broke. Both of our cars were inside the garage and we were stuck. My husband said call Precision Repair and I did at 925pm. The polite young lady gathered information and offered me an appointment between 8-12 the following morning. Tom called at 0815 to let me know he was on the way. Tom was friendly, organized and informative. He updated our garage door hardware, new springs and garage door opener. In a world where customer service and efficiency is seemingly diluted, Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations in these realms! I attempted to go through a family friend for my garage door repair, but after not hearing back for a day, I set up time with Precision on Monday 8/12 for Tues 8/31. Tom reached out promptly Tuesday morning with a courtesy call and to provide timeframe expectations. When he arrived, he got right to work with writing up an estimate for me, and then, subsequently, two additional estimates once I added on a secondary service and he noticed it may be advantageous to replace my entire door. Tom was thorough, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. As a single young woman, it's never comfortable having contractors out to your home when you aren't sure of their agendas, i.e. upselling unnecessary components of a job or product, but Tom was thorough in what I needed and why. Once I agreed to have my door replaced, he scheduled me the same day with an installer! The installer, I didn't get his name, was the same caliber of professional. Friendly, helpful, respectful, just really wonderful customer service. He got my door installed, but was unable to install the new motor/opener due to my electrical wiring intact- he thoroughly explained why he was unable to do so, and advised if someone could detach the wiring and cap it off, to give them a call back and they would return to install the motor/opener. He even called the office preemptively to ensure that the price I was quoted was locked in for 90 days. All in all, I am 12/10 pleased with the services rendered by these two gentlemen. The best home repair professionals I have had out to my home in four years (and there's been a lot- unfortunately). Thank you, Precision, for helping me swiftly and effectively when I was in a bind. I will be recommending Precision to friends and family!

On initial telephone contact, I was left with the impression that they could replace the original springs, and they promised a promotional price for the pair. The service tech arrived promptly as promised. But the first thing was that the entire spring system had to changed over to coil springs. Several very expensive parts were needed to perform this. The tech prepared an estimate which included the originally promised spring price and an additional discount. Although the total was much higher than anticipated, and since I can no longer do this kind of work, I gave the go-ahead. On the positive side . . . The service tech was cheerful, friendly, informative and polite. He performed the replacement quickly, efficiently, and safely, completely cleaning up after himself. The result is a smooth running, quiet door. In summary, i can highly recommend Precision for their service and product quality. Just be prepared to pay!
