My daughter’s garage door came off the track and rollers laying on the floor. Mike came out, looked at it and we discussed the possible problem. Mike got things back on track (no pun intended). Noticed the rollers were plastic. Asked if he had metal ones to replace them and he did. After Mike finished the door was working better than before. This is the second time I have used them. Very professional and highly educated on garage doors. Would use again without hesitation

Walker came out, explained clearly what was causing my door not to function correctly, and explained to me a couple of options to correct the concern. My Genie key pad wasn't working properly, I just purchased a few weeks ago. Precision sent out a professional technician and he replaced the product with a better key pad. I didn't have to wait for an appointment, they had someone out to my address same day. I would definitely refer Precision Garage Door, to repair garage door, the technician's are professionals and knowledgeable about repairing your garage door.

Derek done me an excellent job by balancing my door replacing my rollers and programming my remotes. I would recommend precision door company and Derek the technician to anyone.
