After the storm we had last evening, a power surge caused the garage door opener not to work - it needed the parameters to be reset. I called this morning and within a few hours they arrived and within less than 10 minutes, the problem was solved. Very kind service.

The technician was very polite and did a good job. However the final price to replace two springs was way beyond ridiculous!!! 800.00 just for two springs!!!! This should not have been more than 400.00 I will never use or recommend Precision garage door services Ever!!! And yes I should have stepped in and refused service upon his price quote!!

This is the 2nd time we’ve had you out to take care of problems with our garage doors. You never disappoint! Tim Tomlinson has been our technician both times. Focused on the customer and providing options. He explains each option and goes to work on the option chosen. His craftsmanship is off the charts EXCELLENT!! I will ask for Tim for future visits. David H did an excellent job, and very quickly too. He even greased my bearings, and the entire opener system at no charge. I received an estimate the night before online and the final price was within that estimate. The estimate perimeters were very broad and they could easily be narrower to reflect what the actual price will be for a broken spring. They quoted $100-$360 and final price was $350 minus a 10% educators discount for the final price of $315. I am a satisfied customer overall.

Though I have not had the new garage door installed, I feel compelled to leave a review based on my interactions with the company and their personnel thus far, as I am sure the rest of my experience will be just as wonderful. From scheduling to meet my appointment needs, to meeting with the sales person, Alana, everyone has been as professional, knowledgeable, and courteous as anyone could expect. Alana explained everything, brought me several samples of colors to actually match to my new siding, showed me the styles and textures available on her tablet with my actual garage in the picture. She was marvelous. She sent me an outlined estimate before she left. I just need to arrange the install. What a great experience!! So glad I called.

I was having to replace the batteries in our keypad opener nearly every week. Precision had installed a new one along with overhead opener and other work in 2021. The technician, David, noted he was here in’21 as part of the service team. He said there has been issues with the keypad we had so he installed a new one, helped reprogram it, and said there was no charge as everything was still under warranty. What a pleasant surprise! We’re Precision customers for life. Thanks, everyone!
