Precision repaired my brother's garage door today (Troy Page) and he was pleased with the work. I had a garage door opener(operator) that needed to be reattached. The technician (Imani Vance) was professional. quick, cleaned up after her work and was great to work with. I also liked the fact that we got a year's warranty with the work. It cost $300.40. I wasn't eligible for a discount but glad that your company does offer them.

They had same day appointments available which was an extremely pleasant surprise!! Dylan showed up exactly when he said he would. He waS EXTREMELY professional and worked hard to trouble shoot the problem we were having. He could have easily guessed or tried to sell me something I didn’t need. He didn’t do either. He worked super hard and ultimately solved the problem to get our door back in working order. I sincerely appreciated his positive demeanor and his clear attention to detail. Talk about quick response - a technician was at my house an hour after I called. Joe was great. Professional, informative and congenial. He detailed the cost upfront, and solved my issue immediately. Cameron is awesome! He explained everything thoroughly and provided us many choices and solutions to fix the issues with the garage door. He kept us updated with the progress of the installation. Once completed, Cameron took the time to make sure we knew how to work the new garage door opener and showed us all the parts that were replaced. Great service and install. My main problem is with pricing. The price is quite high and all components seem to have labor and warranty built into the price. Additionally, the installer was not very transparent about this and either didn't know or was trying to hide it. A quick Google of these actual part prices show they were charging more than 5x the actual cost of the part. I know you're running a business and I certainly expect some mark-up, but that seems excessive. I would have preferred a more itemized price breakdown where the labor and warranty dollar amounts are clear. That being said they did use quality components and the warranty is nice to have.

Same day online appointment that was able to come and fix the problems. Compassionate company that stayed late on a Friday night and repaired the keypad and replaced all the hardware supporting the door top to bottom. I highly recommend using this company!
