Excellent customer service, techs howed up earlier than expected. Great techs, unfortunately Precision didnt have replacement belt for my Guardian garage door, thankfully. I declined to have a complete opener system installed, couldnt afford to spend $6-8,000. My "qoute for everything that should be replaced" was $3800. I opted for: $1328.00 so I could open the door manually until I could figure something out myself. Todat I priced out the parts online and was suprised of actual cost of the parts. 2 roller springs (lowest $57 - highest ($219) = $440 2 nylon bottom rollers ($8.21 each) = $17 2 flanged end bearings ($3.83 each) = $8 1 pair cable drums (lowest $16 - $33) = $66 Does this add up to $1348.00 Parts priced out at $531, I paid $800+ 1.5 labor / install. Not a bad gig. I woulndt recommend Precision to anyone I know. I should have called other for qoutes. BTW I found a OEM belt for $43 at NSCD, $143 Amazon. I can easily install that. Bob Pennington

He explained everything in easy language for me to understand what was going on. He fixed my garage way better than before. Tim was very professional and courteous. Fast, same day service, at my business. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving an estimate of over $2000 to replace my opener I was not happy, but after the tech contacted the office, I received a price of $1000 that I thought was fair enough. I would offer 5 stars, but having to play a silly pricing game turned me off!

My daughter’s garage door came off the track and rollers laying on the floor. Mike came out, looked at it and we discussed the possible problem. Mike got things back on track (no pun intended). Noticed the rollers were plastic. Asked if he had metal ones to replace them and he did. After Mike finished the door was working better than before. This is the second time I have used them. Very professional and highly educated on garage doors. Would use again without hesitation

The repair tech showed up on time, was clearly an expert, and repaired the problem quickly. He also did some adjustment on the springs and chain. The result is that the opener not only works again, but it is also quieter and smoother than before.
