Same day online appointment that was able to come and fix the problems. Compassionate company that stayed late on a Friday night and repaired the keypad and replaced all the hardware supporting the door top to bottom. I highly recommend using this company! We have used these wonderful people three times over the years. Every time they have been wonderful. Friday I got home at 3:30. Garage door would not open. Went through the house to the garage. Chain was off the track. There is a Precision sticker on our garage wall. Called them and told them what was going on. Joe was at our home before 4:30. Check everything out. Show and told us what was going on with it. Opener needed replace. Gave us all the options they offered. New opener was up and running before 7:30. He even help me program our car and truck. Another wonderful experience with this company.

We had Jacob Jones come to our home to originally repair a very old garage door opener. Upon discussing the situation, it was determined that we should replace it as it was so old the original opener wasn't produced any longer. Jacob was very professional and explained everything to us. We had the new opener installed and Jacob was very thorough with checking that everything was installed well and working perfectly. A huge thank you to Jacob for the phenomenal job. Megan came out and gave me an estimate on a new door, opener and all the hardware that goes with it. The next day, Joe had my door installed! He showed and talked me through everything he was doing and why. He explained how and when to use lubricant on the rail and springs. He was super quick with the tear down and reinstall. He left no mess!! Great experience!!

Cameron was phenomenal. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly determined the problem of our malfunctioning garage door opener. I had a spring break a few days before New Years. I called Precision on my in-laws recommendation. Within 2 hours the tech, Tom, was at my door. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. My door was over 20 years old, so I asked him to just inspect the whole thing. He told me the things that needed done, other things he recommended and things that were still good. I went with his recommendations and 2 hours later it’s like a new door. I highly recommend this company, and Tom was awesome to deal with.

Cameron and Joe were great! They arrived less than 90 minutes after I called for emergency repair service. Cameron outlined my options very clearly from absolutely required repairs to replacing the whole unit as it is over 25 yrs old. I chose to only do the necessary repairs right now but will definitely call Precision when we are ready to upgrade and replace.
