After booking my appointment with Precision, I received a confirmation saying who my technician wound be, with his picture and when he should arrive. He came between the time line they told me. Mike assessed the problem and took his time explaining everything to me. He had the patience to go through all the options with me, and then he went through everything again after the job was completed. Mike was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Tim Tomlinson Jr. did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done to update needed items to ensure our garage door continues to operate properly. He then did a fine job replacing the needed parts. When finished, he took his time to show me what he did. Carlos was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and he explained in detail the results of the inspection. He covered what needed to be done now in detail, which was the reason for the service call. He then covered potential problem areas given the age of the door and problems that could occur given the age of the opener. Precision repaired my brother's garage door today (Troy Page) and he was pleased with the work. I had a garage door opener(operator) that needed to be reattached. The technician (Imani Vance) was professional. quick, cleaned up after her work and was great to work with. I also liked the fact that we got a year's warranty with the work. It cost $300.40. I wasn't eligible for a discount but glad that your company does offer them.

They had same day appointments available which was an extremely pleasant surprise!! Dylan showed up exactly when he said he would. He waS EXTREMELY professional and worked hard to trouble shoot the problem we were having. He could have easily guessed or tried to sell me something I didn’t need. He didn’t do either. He worked super hard and ultimately solved the problem to get our door back in working order. I sincerely appreciated his positive demeanor and his clear attention to detail. Jacob (Bennet) arrived promptly at the start of my appointment window and was extremely personable and professional as he educated me on what needed repair, why, and what could help with the longevity of my garage door functioning. Cameron is awesome! He explained everything thoroughly and provided us many choices and solutions to fix the issues with the garage door. He kept us updated with the progress of the installation. Once completed, Cameron took the time to make sure we knew how to work the new garage door opener and showed us all the parts that were replaced. Great service and install. My main problem is with pricing. The price is quite high and all components seem to have labor and warranty built into the price. Additionally, the installer was not very transparent about this and either didn't know or was trying to hide it. A quick Google of these actual part prices show they were charging more than 5x the actual cost of the part. I know you're running a business and I certainly expect some mark-up, but that seems excessive. I would have preferred a more itemized price breakdown where the labor and warranty dollar amounts are clear. That being said they did use quality components and the warranty is nice to have.

We had Precision install our garage door a couple years ago. We followed up with the annual tune up this year. Matt, our technician checked to door and opener for any issues. He put roller lube on the rollers, checked the open several times and advised we were in good shape. Precision and their technicians are professionals and we highly recommend them if you are looking to replace or repair.
