Absolutely fantastic service! Decided to use this company after many positive reviews from our neighbors. It was so easy to schedule next day service online- website is very user friendly. Technician called en route and gave accurate arrival time. Technicians Derek and Will were very polite and professional. They explained to us exactly what issues needed to be addressed and what they needed to do. The best part is, all the tools and parts they needed were already on their truck. In less than 3 hours, all work was finished. Before leaving, Derek and Will cleaned up all tools, the old garage parts they replaced and swept out our garage. We will use Precision again if we have any more needs and will recommend to anyone who asks!

He put roller lube on the rollers, checked the open several times and advised we were in good shape. Mike assessed the problem and took his time explaining everything to me. Precision repaired my brother's garage door today (Troy Page) and he was pleased with the work. I had a garage door opener(operator) that needed to be reattached. The technician (Imani Vance) was professional. quick, cleaned up after her work and was great to work with. I also liked the fact that we got a year's warranty with the work. It cost $300.40. I wasn't eligible for a discount but glad that your company does offer them.
