Called for an appointment, Joe was here within 30 minutes. He installed a new garage door opener, struts, and rollers on my old garage door. Very kind, explained everything that needed to be done and told me I could choose what I wanted to have done that day. Cleaned up everything to where you can’t even tell he was here, except that my garage door opener works and is very quiet! Would recommend Precision and especially Joe for any necessary repairs or installations.

Called around 0900 for service Technician was onsite by 1200 Very thorough inspection Tech advised what had failed and needed replaced also advised other items that could be addressed Tech was very professional and polite Door was repaired and serviced in about 1.5 hours I did feel the replacement parts were a little pricey but I also understand that things cost money and the labor rates must be in the cost. All in all I am pleased with the service

I called at 2:00pm hoping to get an appointment next week. They were at my home by 4:30. My garage door was making a noise when I opened or shut it. Matt was very informative as to what was going on with my door and even showed me things I could do to protect my door and maintenance I could do to keep it in the best operating condition. He understood that being a widow, we have to learn to do things for ourselves. He was patient, considerate and was not afraid of my 75lb Doberman who took to him right away. Animals are the best judges of character. I have always appreciated Precision Garage Door's excellent service and quick turn around times. I am glad we selected them when we had our first garage door issue.

2nd time we've used Precision and will keep coming back. Our first repair was to repkace spring and install new wheels. This visit we needed a new opener system since the old one would open and close on its own on occasion due to a fried circuit board (no joke), kind of scary especially when you arrive home and your home has been open for an unknown amount of time. This opener is a marked improvement over the old one, it's quiet, wi-fi controlled and has a good warranty. It also helps that we had the same service professional. I know its a business but Tom is just an all around good dude, honest and kind. Keep up the great work Precision!

The mechanic was extremely helpful! Went above and beyond to provide me with some much needed information. Was upfront and honest about everything.
