Extremely satisfied with the great service provided by your tech Gary Lemaster. The garage door spring had broken and door would not open. I had guests (whose car was in the garage) from out of town who needed to catch a plane later in the day. I called for service at 9:45 am and Gary arrived about 11:20 am. He was very quick to review everything and actually showed me what was wrong and explained how it worked. There was no pressure to repair anything but the spring but he offered other service to improve long term use. His excellent repairs were completed within an hour. You can be sure I’ll be recommending Precision to all my friends. Thank you so much.

What amazing customer service. Our garage door stopped working on Easter sunday and I called first thing Monday morning to see about having someone come out. They had an appt open that very afternoon that worked w my work schedule. Dustin was very professional and explained what needed done and why and answered all my questions. He also made sure to go over the quote and explained what each charge was so I understood. He got everything done in a very short time and we are extremely happy w the results! Will definitely be using Precision for any other repairs we may need!

Service included install of: Belt Drive Garage Door Opener, Springs, & Rollers for our double garage door. Matthew Eberly presented the options available & described information on each, as well as the associated warranties. Matthew was very knowledgeable about the products, & very courteous; there was "no" high pressure sales approach. He was very thorough & neat with his work. He was very patient with listening to our questions & answering each, ensuring that we also understood his answers during his work. If we would happen to have issues with our single car garage door, we would definitely call your company back, & would not hesitate to request Matthew as well. Thank you for servicing Licking County. Living in Newark, was surprised they came within 3 hours after I called. Tim T. was very pleasant, courteous, efficient and wore a mask the whole time, as opposed to other service people in recent months. He gave us several options to choose from, The only drawback was that he was such a good salesman, a simple spring replacement was upgraded to be pricier than what we planned, but it was our choice.

Tom was knowledgeable and professional about what needed done. Very friendly, never felt like I was being given a sales pitch. I was given options for the repairs. And was truly surprised when he repaired it then!!! That was awesome!!! Hiring someone these days is weeks or months out for the work to be done. Will only call your Company when I need repairs !!! Needed a garage door rebalanced before putting in a new opener. Called on Saturday and was able to get same day service, in less than two hours. Gary L. was the technician, arrived on time and went over the issue I was having. He offered to do an inspection on the door and went over his findings with me. Once we agreed on work to be done, he had all the parts and completed the work in about an hour. I was very happy with the service!

Heard a loud bang Monday evening but didn't realize what it was until Tuesday morning when I tried to open my garage door and realized the spring busted. Lashad was very patient and helpful. We had to call the Homelink contact listed in my Tesla manual and I had to buy a new remote which I didn't know I needed so it is good he had one on the truck.
