I just used Precision Garage Door Service for the first time and I was more than pleased with the service I received. My technician David Morgan was amazing. He was so friendly and explained everything that he was going to do and what was wrong with my previous install. The work was exceptional and he was finished within an hour and a half. The franchising fee isn't worth it. Needed a new opener and parts, basically needed everything replaced except the tracks and the door itself. They got it done good and fast, but the bill for this came in at $4927. The tech they sent was very friendly and excellent to work with, was able to negotiate $750 off with him after the fact, service was fast and great. Not worth the premium plus plus pricing though. I badly wish I would have shopped around. Probably could have got it done for half the price. Included my invoice for reference. Note that installation time is included in the parts quote. Took the tech 5 hours to complete. I think a high end pricing for this job would have been $3500; since it was done fast and good I would have happily paid that and left a 5 star review. Parts online looked to cost about $1500 tops.

Very quick to respond! I reached out and got an appointment the same day. The technician (Matt Eberly) was very knowledgeable, professional, and was not trying to sell anything to me. He pointed out things that were still in good shape and did not have to be replaced. He also replaced some parts on the doors and the openers.

I called because the wires to my sensors had come loose. Not only did Tim fix the wires, but he did a complete inspection and found another more serious problem, which he fixed efficiently. Great service!

Called in for door springs to be re tensioned and Danny showed up little over hour later and knocked it out in no time very nice and respectful guy would recommend him and use him on future door repairs

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door and they did a great job. They scheduled and completed my job the same day even though it was Saturday and my installer (James) did a thorough and quality job. He replaced the springs, rollers, and two brackets with bearings. He explained each component and showed me how they were worn and needed replacing. I feel very confident in the work he performed.

Scheduled a spring repair at 1:30 in the afternoon and was fixed by 6:00 p.m., I'm not sure how you can expect much more than that as a consumer! Jake J. was the technician assigned the ticket. He was outstanding! Reached out with an ETA and arrived shortly thereafter. He inspected ALL the components on the affected door. Installed the new spring and made adjustments until he was satisfied with the function of the door, opening and closing it freehand. Lubricated hinges and rollers as necessary and tested the door with the opener. Offered some advice with respect to maintenance going downrange. Communication from Precision was on point as they sent an email confirmation on the appointment once scheduled and alerted me via email that the technician would be reaching out. Best money I've spent on a repair in a long time. Highly recommend!!!

Found by search of the net for inquiry. Made free estimate appointment and the representative was fantastic with showing us a picture of our house with the garage door of our interest. He listened to my concerns and addressed to me that all would be covered by them! I’m excited to have out door installed!

James was awesome! Perfect pro! Arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. My only "beef" is I felt your price was kind of expensive - on the high side. And as I've talked to others, they feel the same way - extremely on the high side. So I'm not sure how much of a recommendation they're going to take from me. I do like the opener. Kind of a bummer we couldn't tag the one to my truck - so now I have a Genie garage door opener and remote... and a Liftmaster. So two remotes in my vehicles. But hey - the wife is taken care of with Door # 1! Thanks!
